I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years. It has been getting progressively worse every visit. I feel sorry for the people working in there. Just about every aspect of this place is bad. They handle a lot of business for the new hospital, and it seems the place is way over capacity. Customer service is terrible, and it's probably because working conditions are rough.

This pharmacy has not had any prescriptions ready on time. Staff was rude and the counter inside was closed without notice. Go to Hilliard Rome if possible.

The pharmacist, Laken, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Having experience working in pharmacies myself, it's a wonder why someone with that attitude would even go into a profession that is about patient care. She even went as far as to outright refuse to transfer a prescription for my 4 year old because I called her out on her excuse of needing 48 hours to transfer a prescription - a process that, from my experience, takes less than 10 minutes.

Greetings, the pharmacist could not figure out how to use my brilinta discount which meant I paid $428 rather than $5. They refuse to call the number on the card for assistance. I called and got the assistance line on the phone and the pharmacist refused to talk to them. They will not give me a means to escalate. What can I do? Thanks, Donna

Switched to a different pharmacy. Medicine was never ready by the time I was told it would be. When I would go to pick it up. I would be told they didn't have a refill request and ask me if I would still want my medicine refilled.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at a CVS pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate, not to mention the very obvious lack of professionalism. They blatantly judge customers based on appearance and/or prescription details. After dropping a prescription off five days ago, calling in to confirm pickup of my prescription 4 days ago, showing up to get my prescription 3 days ago I am once again at the pharmacy for the fifth time this week and they still say they won’t have my prescription ready for a few more hours! Seriously! Should have been filled and ready for pickup days ago! Last time I will ever depend On CVS pharmacy due to pharmacy staff incompetence!! If zero stars were only an option for service such as this
