When having a great experience shopping, I went to check out and while the lines were long, I still proceeded to get in line and while watching the cashier check out other people, I saw him being very aggressive and throwing drinks on the floor from being so careless, and when it was my turn to get checked out, he was carelessly throwing my items that I’m paying for damaging them and being very rude not the customer service I expected, especially from a new store and it felt very disrespectful. He clearly did not care about the customer’s in line and we’re openly talking about how annoying it was that the line kept getting longer and longer.

Won't answer there phones, tried calling over 5 times... won't be going to this store.. if you can't answer the phone that proves your bad with customer service...

Don't waste ur time here. Go to 665 and Hoover or anywhere else instead. This store does not value it's customers or their time. This line goes through several aisles while other employees just play around with end caps and managers sit in the office on their butt.

This is a nice store, always so well organized. I love buying kitchen items,cleaning products arts and crafts and party supplies here. Why spend a lot of money on it if dollar tree has the same thing.

My Family and I were in this store the other day visiting from new mexico. This store is one of the cleanest kept stores I’ve seen! Almost nothing out of place and despite the store isles being different everything was really easy to find! Whoever is managing this store deserves a raise! Dollar tree needs employees like that in New Mexico!

Everytime I go to this dollar
Tree it’s amazing. Things are always so neat and clean. Never have a hard time finding anything like I have at other stores. And terina was the sweetest and so helpful.

The store was busy. Most of the employees were nice but there was one whome I was told was the manager. I believe her name was Abby. She was at a register and just checked someone out and I asked if she was open because her register light was off. She said she was closed (said it rudely) and walked away from her register. The place was very busy. The other 2 lines had several people as well. So I got in line. A few minutes later, Abby opens her register again. She did not go to the restroom either. She just went in that little office up front. I had said something to the cashier and as I was walking out Abby asked the cashier what I was saying about her. I told her she was rude and nasty.
Managers don't need to be rude, roll their eyes and give a person attitude when a customer asks a question. They should be setting an example for the employees. I gave 2 stars for the cleanliness of the store and the nice cashier I had.

It offers some things the other stores don't offer....they had snickers and twix ice cream bars..

Dollar Tree always has a special place in my heart, but having 2 in Grove City? AMAZING! Good selection, not as big at the one on Hoover, but it's a good sized store! And very convenient too!
