I've always had a good experience with this company. My only disappointment was since covid the hold went from $100 to $300 which is crazy considering how much history I've had with enterprise. That's less gas money and trip funds you can't use until your come back. Lol.

Really sucked towards the end being blown up with attitude everyday and threatened to take stuff to risk team when I'm busy working! Started out at 37 a day and kept going up! Never clear about how much I owed and price always changed. I was paying way more than what I signed up for and had no other choice than to pay it because I was out of state for work

I was recently in a car accident, and have been using rentals lately. I am thankful for Enterprise because they are kind, and accommodating. I always have a car that is clean and in well functioning condition. I enjoy speaking with the team there, and haven't had a bad experience yet. This location is always in high demand for larger vehicles, so my advise would be to book those at your earliest convenience, so they can make sure you have the vehicle to meet your needs. They are the best!

Employees were nice and helpful. Cars are high miles, dirty, damaged, and poorly maintained. We were unwilling to drive first car off the lot. The second car was better, but it smelled like smoke after sitting.

These guys take customer service very seriously.
i just returned a Toyota Corolla that had an alignment problem and one of the batteries was out on the fob, and they made sure that I knew that it would be taken care of and that they wanted me back as a repeat customer. From the top-notch care and service that I got there, I definitely will return!
