Not too bad at all . Reading all these bad reviews I got worried but actually I got in and out in 1 hour. Enter gate #2 and swing left to that little shed on the left to check in. No room to park overnight. I slept behind Kohls 2 miles away without any problem.

Shipping lady is a blast. Those who complain just can’t tell she’s full of jokes. Loading was great just following the rules and you’d be out in no time. Gate 3 is no longer the entrance. Go in #2

Didn't take long to load, lady at trailer got me checked in quickly amd wasnt as bad as the reviews say she is, only reason 4 instead of 5 is the rows aren't very big to turn into, kind of a pain in a long nose truck but doable, and its a mudhole
