Do not being your package here. They do not tape the print out, I tried to drop my package off and they said they had no room. I could clearly see room available even though it's the week before Christmas. No help at all. I will not be using fedex

Well, let's see, the delivery date has been changed 2 times. It's 4 days and they can't go one and half hours to get from grove city to gallipolis ohio and can't pull it off. Still waiting

This place is trash. The last time I was here they wouldn’t let me use their packing tape to close my box, so I literally had to buy a roll of tape from the Walgreens this “FedEx” is located inside of. And if you need to print a label, don’t expect that to be an easy process either. They have ONE computer with a cord that you have to plug your phone into in order to connect to their kiosk to print your label. No idea how to do that though as no one would help me. This place should not be called FedEx Onsite, as they are NOTHING more than a drop box. The employees suck too. Rude and not helpful. I will never come back here. What a waste of my time.
