Whenever I see a package is being delivered through FedEx I cringe. My package was expected December 19th! But what do you know, it hasn’t moved for 5 whole days! It arrived at Grove City 12/15 at 3:06am with no movement!! Now we’re the weekend before Christmas! I’m hoping it gets here on time. I know the holidays are jam packed with deliveries but online shopping isn’t something new… they should have processes to make these experiences better. It’s a shame when the company sends the order out early and the carrier is the one to mess it up. Ugh.

FedEx - you need to step up your game. This is insane that my package sits less that 30 min away from the delivery address and it cannot get delivered for a week, even though it was marked that it was out on the delivery truck. Very very disappointing. I even raised concern and got a ticket to investigate the missing package - silence on that end. This makes me rethink shipping with you guys

This FedEx NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received. I should NOT BE LIED TO ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME WHEN ITS STILL HALFWAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY. This packaging service is genuinely disgusting. Their customer service is disgusting and absolutely useless. AI systems that have no clue what you’re talking about, people that don’t care to help you at all, even after going through a 10 minute call just to reach a real person. I never thought I’d have to review a shipping company, but I could do better with shipping estimates and delivery care on a $25 Walmart bicycle. DO BETTER.

I have several packages sitting in the Grove City Fedex location and one has been there since the second and no updates, I have a total of three there and they are totaling around $700, I just want to receive them or be able to talk to a live person. I am the buyer and since it is Fedex ground the seller has to contact them and that is getting me nowhere

Very delayed in shipping packages this year. Had a very expensive piece of equipment that was moved from truck to truck for many days. Finally arrived 5 days late after multiple phone calls. The box was tore up but luckily the equipment appeared fine.

My package has been in Columbus since december 4th. It has now been 2 weeks. Customer service DOES NOT HELP. you CANNOT pick up your package it seems even if it’s been there for 2 weeks. Praying for everyone who’s package gets stuck here.

These people have had my package now for eight days as soon as it hits this location they always mess up the packages or lose them now one with a lot of my Christmas stuff is sitting in this warehouse somewhere. And no one cares!!

You can not contact anyone there directly to find out what has happened to a delivery, I don't mean to check status buy to see why it has been sitting at this facility for 5 days and has not even been scanned since it arrived

If reliability were measured in failure, the Grove City FedEx would be industry-leading. Packages are routinely late, frequently missing, and customer service feels less like incompetence and more like a deliberate choice.
