I order something off amazon and they shipped it through them, and they’ve had it for almost 2 weeks! And they are only 20 minutes from my house! How does it take that long to deliver my package? I never want to do business with them! They are slow and their website and app are terrible and don’t help you with anything!

A company I order books from very often uses FedEx and UPS interchangeably, and I always hope that UPS will be the shipper because whenever it goes through FedEx, it winds up at this hub and just sits there for about a week. It's embarrassing that this FedEx location alone can add so much time that it can take two weeks for a package to be delivered, whereas UPS can get it to me in about 3-4 days total. I am very tired of my stuff ending up at this location.

They cant even get commercial packages delivered in a reasonable amount of time!! Holding my package for 5 days. This is just ONE package ive had issues with. One package the sent to Texas first. Another one made it to GC then they sent it to WV then it sat in ohio for 3 days. I'm going to urge my suppliers to switch to UPS because I can't deal with this anymore. They also lied and marked bad weather because they didnt want to bring my package friday.

Keeps saying on vehicle for delivery and will say by end of day. Been this way for now 4 days and that it is back at facility. Today it says not delivered due to dangerous weather. Last I looked it’s cold we do have snow on ground but roads clear and dry.

My package was supposed to arrive on 10/8, but it’s been stuck at this facility since then. Now it’s 10/11, almost 10/12, and still no movement. Packages from Keasby, NJ usually get stolen, but this one made it to OH only to go missing. FedEx is a joke. I always worry when shipping with them it feels like a gamble whether it will get lost or stolen.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 10/8. It has been sitting in this facility since 10/8 and we are on 10/11 going on 10/12 and still no movement. My packages usually get stolen from Keasby, NJ but shockingly made it to OH just to go missing instead. Fedex is a joke. I always dread when I have to ship through fedex. It's a gamble whether the package will get lost or stolen every time and the odds are very high.

i have had over 6 packages just sit at this facility without movement and it keeps leaving the facility and coming back to this SAME PLACE!! where is my package at? i live in west virginia not too far from here and its just sitting here!

Package has been sitting for five days here with no motion. 800 number is a joke, it either hangs up on me or gives me to a call center in india that tells me they can't do anything to look into it. Was supposed to be at my door five days ago, they just keep changing the estimated delivery date with no explanation

I hate this place with a passion, packages arrive here and just sit without updates. Can’t call in to get a person your outdated robot system hangs up every time because you guys don’t want to actually help people. I have a package that has the status of on a delivery truck at 2:55am in the morning and no updates for the last 48 hours. What are the exec’s pay packages here because whatever they are being paid they don’t deserve it! This business is absolutely awful. Funny enough if I pay an arm and leg to overnight something you guys magically turn into a great business and the package arrives on time. Yall pay your CEO and exec’s millions in 2024 for what? A horrible business and customer experience? You gave your board 6 figure payments why? Couldn’t be based on company performance. I’m to the point where if I’m buying a product and they use yall I no longer will buy the product. Your execs suck, your management sucks, the customers experience sucks, your cost cutting programs are horrible and unethical. And I will be reporting this location to the BBB with supporting documentation. I hope they lay everybody who works here off

I'm sorry but FedEx residential delivery has become a joke. They told me that something I ordered would be delivered yesterday, when it was never listed as out for delivery...
First, they told me it would be here by around 6:00 p.m. Then, after 6 pm, they updated it to before the end of day which is 8:00 p.m. for FedEx. No delivery before 8.
Then sometime early this morning before 1:00 a.m., they updated it again! Supposedly, my packages should be delivered today. I am not holding my breath. I just can't trust FedEx anymore and it's a shame.
I work for a Fortune 500 company and we ship A LOT of packages via services like FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, you name it. And some of our traveling tech service reps use their home address for items they need to do their jobs... So failing on timely residential deliveries matters!
Until recently, FedEx was one of our most-used 3PL shipper. But that will likely change based on what appears to be their recent overpromise / underdeliver philosophy. At the next meeting about shipping companies we use, I will bring up the fact that they are apparently unable to stick to their schedule when it comes to package delivery.
We need a 3PL shipping company that we can trust to deliver what *and when* they say they will deliver. And one that does not mislead our customers to think that the package will arrive before it could possibly do so. Apparently the MGMT has given up on giving realistic timelines for shipping. That is a pity, but thanks, FedEx, for making that very, very obvious - that makes the decision all that much easier. Good luck to you.
For anybody who's still reading this, make sure you take screenshots of every update that you get on FedEx website about a package that you shipped or are receiving. Because the earlier delivery times will be DELETED by FedEx once a new later time is posted. Those screenshots will tell the whole story if you need to go to court, etc.

I know my packages are in trouble if it gets to Grove City OH. Last packages were stuck there 4 days. I heard that FedEx and UPS are merging. There new name will be FedUP.
