They were very kind, polite, and respectful every time I spoke with one of the employees- including the manager in person and the car techs over the phone. The were honest and presented every repair option with a need/explanation, which I greatly appreciated. They helped me understand what needed repaired in my vehicle, why, and exactly how much it would cost. They also indicated what repairs were necessary and which ones were suggested as options and those encouraged by the manufacturer. Finally, I liked how all paperwork/work orders/payment receipt was emailed to me, allowing me to read through everything thoroughly and save the docs online for future reference. Thanks!

I originally went to the Springfield location for the initial set of tires and I bought the protection. Then came here after getting a flat let me just say the protection is a joke I called this morning here and was told it would be no cost to me to have the tire fixed then to have the guy tell me as they’re changing the tire it’d be $30 for “fees” and to pay for another protection when I’ve barely put any miles on the tires. They tried telling me that it was because the tires didn’t have any air in them but we check the tires weekly and they’ve been perfectly fine but the funny thing is I heard the guy working on the car come out and say he didn’t even know what happened. This place is a joke with your “fees” I’ll never be returning again!

Cody and Aaron were great. They helped diagnose an issue that the Firestone in Fremont, Ohio (close to my home) had missed at least two times. I’m really thankful that I brought my car to them while I was in town for a family visit instead of dealing with the Fremont location again.

I cannot express my thanks enough to Josh Turner and the Super Zuber!! I was on road trip and discovered a screw in my tire at 5:45PM on Thursday May 2. As a Firestone customer in Denver, and now my new home in Columbia, SC I put my trust in the Firestone's network to help me out of a potentially serious bind, and was in and out in 30 minutes!!! They both came through like Ninja's prepared for battle. I bow to their greatness!!!

They were very helpful, made me feel very comfortable in the office, and I got wonderful tires at a reasonable cost.
In and out right away. Two screws in tire back on the road in no time!

This firestone location was very helpful. While traveling through the area, one of our tires was punctured while on the highway. I was able to get the vehicle to Firestone where they got me in and out within an hours.

I took my car in at 1pm to get an oil change, my car battery checked and replaced, my tired rotated, and my break pads/ rotors repaired (my car was grinding)- No one ever called me with diagnostic results- my car battery was dead and was never even offered for it to be replaced. So now I have to take it elsewhere to get done. The guy told me that I can "deal with" the noise of the my car grinding because everything is good and i can replace these eventually or "if it really bothers me" (hence why i took my car in, in the first place). Then I asked if he could repair them and he said "I dont know if we'll have time, we dont have much staff Sunday" when I brought my car in the day before and left it there all day long. I had to call to get the diagnostic report on my car, and nothing was offered for me to be fixewd at all. The only saving grace was the gentleman that was there when I picked up my car (different then the guy who i dropped off with, thank god), he was so kind and embarrassed that I was never called and told anything about my car. What a terrible experience, and now i have to find someone else to fix my car and use more of my time, super frustrated.

These guys are great! Always fast and friendly service. Even when they are short staffed the managers are out in the shop working on cars. Highly recommend!!
