I've never been in a Five Below, and wasn't sure if the store was actually $5, and below. When I asked Caden, he was awesome! He showed me the difference between the second of the Five Below and Beyond. I was very impressed with all the things they have here, and the staff is very nice, especially Caden. I will only shop here, thank you!

I would have given 5 stars or honestly not rated at all but it’s what happened at checkout that forced me to leave a review. The employee forced me to checkout at a particular self service station however she did all the scanning. Initially I thought, maybe they’re trying to crack down on shoplifting. However, I noticed she quickly rated the shopping experience at the highest # when prompted then asked me to pay. I asked why I couldn’t rate the store myself. She said she was under management orders to do it and was told it’s to provide a faster service. (I was the only one checking out). Overall the store was clean and I was greeted when I arrived. Them rating themselves took away from the experience. Please stop doing that.

I recently visited the Five & Below store in Grove City, and I must say, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. Their positive energy set the tone for a fantastic shopping experience.The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Not only were they knowledgeable about their products, but they were also incredibly helpful in suggesting items I hadn't even considered. Their patience and willingness to answer my questions made me feel valued as a customer.

This is such a cute kids store with a lot of cool snacks and kids clothing as well as adult clothing! The employees were very kind and helpful, they scanned my items out so i could get out quicker

Went shopping here yesterday and it was a little crazy but the workers were so helpful. They scanned and bagged everything and kept the line moving.

I think this will be the last time I shop at this location. Staff is always very rude and disrespectful. Today, my husband I were shopping for the first time in months without our kids. We took a little longer than I thought, but hey, we didn’t have the kids. Didn’t get greeted by the 3 employees standing at the door when we first came in, but upon us checking out a cashier had to stand not even a foot next to my husband to check out, and indirectly accused us of stealing. Will NOT be going back.

I like this five below. The only thing that I don’t care so much for is going to the self check out and the workers wanting to scan my items for me now. I believe this is something new that they have to do. Which I politely decline bc I can do it myself. But with doing it myself I do not need you standing behind me while I scan. Watching me like a hawk. I’m not a thief so I don’t want to feel like i’m being watched as if I am one.

Just the worst. Dads are in here giving each other knowing looks, because it is sheer torture. These folks are selling garbage to children for five bucks a pop, except for the garbage that is more than five dollars. Want some books you don't want? Want some games you won't play? Some off brand squish mellows that your kids will completely ignore once they get home? This is the place for you.
