Had posted signs for a promotion for buy 2 get 1 free on used games. Upon checkout, cashier said that promotion ended yesterday. Poor customer service, will not return.

At 2:44pm 05/11/24 my husband, our kids and myself came in, when we first walked in we were greeted and ask if we need any help. It was good experience until we went to check out, my husband bought 2 games after he had paid and we were getting back into the car we realized that the girl who check us out didn’t give us the full change. So my husband went it and was very nice and polite about it. Ask for the rest of his change, the guy I’m assuming his name is Zackary, try to act like we were trying to pull a fast one and didn’t want to give us our change, was nothing but rude and kept questioning the women who check us out and she told him I don’t think I gave him his full change, when you go out of business I will total understand.

At 3:06pm 5/2/2024 A guy answered from stringtown road gamestop .I was trying to ask about the return policy and he just hung up on me i understand you might have people pissed off cause this policy but I wasnt. It was very unprofessional and nobody will want to shop at this location if they are just gonna get hung up on.. that made me not want to go to gamestop ever again im definitely canceling my year subscription if I can. Cause he had no right to hang up on me in the middle of my sentence. Hopefully this dude doesn't put this gamestop out of buisness

An okay joint, I just called a while ago to check if they had bomberman yet they said that the workers could not answer? Could atleast one worker answer it? Anyways the workers are very helpful yet often times the games you want like in my pov they often don't have, it's a win win situation on most times so you do not know what your gonna get.

Not gonna give u anything close to a fair price on buy backs even if the games are brand new and only played once or if it's the newest call of duty that sales for $74 they only wanna give you $18 cash it $25 store credit.

Be careful they will enroll you in GameStop membership without telling you. Just received a fun $30 membership fee that I definitely declined one year ago.

I went to make a Christmas purchase for someone, and the employee was seemingly mocking me and gave an attitude for no reason. I’m a woman so of course talked down to me as if I don’t know anything. Will never come back to this location, or game stop in general.

One of the worst stores I have been in , they over charged my nephew on items he bought when I took the receipt back the sales person was so unprofessional, he admitted it was there mistake and then told me they forgot to change the price that it would be more for the items I said the price is right here on the items , he said yes it’s our mistake but I can only offer you a refund, they refused too sale the items as marked , so I returned everything, if that’s the best employee you have I wish you the best of luck worst treatment ever in a game stop period !
