Went in to buy some vitamins and protein powder but not sure what kind to get. Two young gentleman that worked there didn’t even acknowledge my existence, talking about a movie, and dropped the F Bomb like it was no big deal. They were more worried about socializing than helping the only customer in the store. Headed to another GNC to get the help I need. It is very sad these young kids don’t care about customer service anymore. Very disappointed!!

Christmas Eve trying to go get a couple last min stocking stuffers I google local gnc hours says closes at 8. I know Christmas hours may differ with holiday but I get in @ 3:01. They say sorry we are closed (@3) I would have been 5 min tops I knew exactly what I needed and where it was. But the guy said he logged out of register and nothing he could do. I’m not saying that gnc is a bad company I just figured being a local owned place that they would help someone who comes in to their store. I also didn’t see any signs saying that they were closing early either.

I went yesterday to return a product that was causing some side effects I didn’t like. The sales associate was extremely rude. I was just trying to come return and ask questions about the product in hope for some understanding and insight. Instead, I felt undermined and stupid for even trying.Store itself was clean but there was an off smell. Almost like sewer.

Called to see if an item was in stock since it was out at another location, and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and even held it behind the counter for me until I got there. Checked to see if I needed anything else and had fast service when we got there. No complaints

There are GNC locations all over....are they corporate or Franchise? This is a franchise store and sits just east of I-71 and a corporate store sits just west of the freeway. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DIFFERENT....NOT PRODUCT.....IT IS EMPLOYEES....HERE THEY HAVE SUCH A STRONG ABILITY TO SERVE, THEIR DISTINCT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE CANNOT BE QUESTIONED AND THEY DEFINITELY GET TO KNOW EACH CUSTOMER. Ben, franchisee, and his associates go through so much more than a corporate store employee I believe. I am required post Dx of non-cancer Leukemia to have very specific supplements including Protein Drink, vitamins and more. I recently had what we think is only a second Traumatic Brain Injury and due to brain dysfunction again we've added to what my medical team demands....the guys care. I tried The Vitamin Shop at Lennox Station and no way will I go back....employees didn't care about me, couldn't answer questions where I could understand and never gave me the courtesy of follow up. Family tried to pick up my needed product in Grove City from the corporate store and it was a cluster. I spend big bucks each month and I deserve and need attention to my specific requirements....I get all that and more from Ben, Bobby and Jake. Here's my twist....at 57 years, 6'5", 290, I honestly was intimidated, embarrassed and hesitant to trust or even attempt to work with young healthy 'body building' types.....I don't know but I'm assuming that the guys picked up on that and decided that my fear had to go. They treat every customer with utmost respect and attention.....the corporate store across the freeway sure isn't anything like in describing and neither is The Vitamin Shop at Lennox Station. I'll be in need of these very specific products required by my medical team and Ben's franchise locations well be my go to. Ben has this store in Grove City and one in Dublin and will soon open in Westerville. I guarantee that any newly hired associate with Ben will have more than required training, product knowledge and those soft skills to meet specific needs of clients......You need to focus on your improved health and not accept less then the best. Visit this franchise east of 71 in front of Home Depot, beside Starbucks....
