The life gaurds do not communicate with people at all, today instead of a life gaurds simply asking me to get out of the pool he had a front desk lady come yell at me. How hard would it have been to ask?

I just got a membership to the Y. Barb took me through all of the machines and helped me to get the right weight and settings for my height. The Y has a lot to offer, including pickleball, swimming, lots of classes, and basketball, and it's all included with your membership. Come and take a tour.

They need to do something about not being able to swim after 5 on Fridays...I will never understand you got five people behind the desk but no one can be a lifeguard that not something that I will ever understand

The facility is clean. The property is well maintained and has plenty of outdoor lighting. The fitness classes are varied with friendly and talented instructors. Johnny's cycling classes are over the top.

Facility is clean, there’s something for everybody. Swimming classes, gym, special events. My kids enjoy it! We’ve been members for years.

Avoid this Y if you’re looking for a swim workout. Lifeguards close the pool for 15 minutes every hour and you must reserve a lane. After swimming only 10 minutes the pool was closed for a break. Waited 15 minutes for the pool to reopen, got a 5 minute swim in before being kicked out because the lane was reserved. Got out of the pool and noticed 2 empty lanes which were apparently reserved but nobody was there. Lifeguard said I could wait 10 minutes and if nobody showed up I could have the lane. Of course less than 30 minutes after that the pool would close again. Absurd.

It's a great place for singles and families. I love the staff and the facility is one of the best in central Ohio.

the people who work here have been nothing but rude to me. The manager told me and my 8yo son that we couldn't wait for Cota plus in front of the building. Also a different day insisted my other two sons needed id's to come as my guests. Even though they're both minors and I was with them. I'm going to find a friendlier location to use.

Good experience and amenities for the price. Updates are needed, though. Some things are dated.

Our family joined in April and we love it! The facilities are always clean and well taken care of and the staff is helpful! A special shout out to Toni who instructs the yoga flow- it’s a great class! All the instructors are wonderful. I feel so much healthier working out again and enjoy going there :)

Pretty good. It's a little small and meant for children up to 8 yeats old in side areas but it is fun. This is just outside though. It's very hard to find out what the prices are for the inside part. I don't know if they even let you pay just to go in there a few times a month or less.

I visited here as a quest yesterday, this was my first time coming to the ymca. The facility was nice and clean and you could actively see the maintenance staff changing out trash cans throughout the building. I used the gym area mostly, they had tons of equipment. All different makes and models of treadmills, bikes and elipicals. They had versions with smart screens down to just the basics. They also have a nice two lane walking track that surrounded the fitness area which I thought was a nice touch. The pool area was a bit crowded as expected, especially since they did away with reservations this year. The indoor pool was dead but open, however the life guards depending on who was on duty could be a attitudy and forcing people out of the indoor pool to the outdoor pool which I feel like was unnecessary. The majority of the general staff was great and they seemed very friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience at this ymca.
