Everything in the store was nice but when I went to go checkout I was forced to go to the self checkout even though there were workers telling me that they would scan and do everything for me. Like just stand behind a counter and do it.

Socks belong with shoes, why would they be on the other side of the store? This store is always so messy.

The layout for women's clothing is confusing . One entrance door has been closed. Kohls has gone to self checkout which is not my preference. The one saving grace to my visit was two emploees were actualky checking us out. My higher rating is because of these two ladies.
