Shout out and a huge thank you to some of the best Pharmacy Techs on the world. Kroger Pharmacy cares about every concern I have regarding shots, medicines or any over the counter medicine. If you want a Pharmacy thar cares, that still believes in service, look no further.

I always have a great experience here! The line is never too long and they’re pretty quick and efficient. They text updates, which I love! They’re super efficient and knowledgeable. I even got my shot here.

Everything.! Pharmacy does not keep medicine
So you can get same day Dr calls it in. Usually not ready until next day after 4. When you call the number, recorder is so unacceptable with question and what you want! Needs new message recorded
To get what you need and not have to go through all recorders garbage.

Waited 16 minutes on hold to be disconnected by pharmacy. After calling back several times told the system’ does that. Calling for inhaler in these critical times. Finally got through and the pharmacy was rude. Ready to switch

This particular store location of pharmacy has the worst customer service inconveniencing customers not being transparent with them extremely slow service. Today my wife got a prescription called in and she called to see when it was going to be done they told her before 5:00 come here was told she has to come in because it's an over counter item just completely inconveniencing her as she we have a newborn baby staff isn't very helpful whatsoever!

I don't understand how a pharmacy doesn't have basic diabetic medicines in stock. Insulin, metformin? And customer service was not a good experience with a long wait time to drop off scripts, just to get told I have to wait till tomorrow to pick up, I also got the vibe the associate would prefer I not even be there.

3 hours to fill a prescription. Very slow and rude. All the previous reviews are still accurate and nothing has been done to improve their service. This is the last time I’m going to use this pharmacy

The tech who works there with black hair and glasses is beyond rude. I’m not too sure how he has gotten away with it for so long. Last night my wife came home and actually cried because of the way he treated her. I can assure you this, I am in there a LOT. If it happens again he won’t be able to cry when I am done.

I have been a support of Kroger for many years. But losing respect and not wanting to shop there. Today I went to get Razer Gift Cards. They allowed me to purchase 2 of them. $500 each. Any way they helped me buy the cards and I was on my way (learned something new today. Went to the home of the boys and gave them the cards (1 each) for their summer time off. Neither card would activate on the computer. I took them back to Kroger and the same gentleman that helped me was still there. Anyway he explained that Kroger will not allow them to refund $$. Gave me a phone number to call. The woman on the phone was a "Rude Bitch" . She did check the cards based on my reciepts. She came back said that the card had the $$ loaded on them. I need to contact Razer. I ask for phone #, and she responded that Kroger is not responsible for phone numbers. Please be careful, I lost $1000 on GIft cards1

I had been to several places to TRY to fill a prescription for a BP monitor. I explained to the tech the gaggle of problems I was having filling this script. Without going into a bunch of details, the pharmacy tech went WAY above and beyond to fill this script. I am so grateful because I had really reached my limit of frustration that day.
