“I had an issue with washer and decided to try Soap City. The place my husband and I used to use wash shut down for remodeling.
Someone recommended Soap City (2 years ago). I go there at least every 6 weeks.
The facility is always clean. I will only go when Carol works. She is very accommodating. She's normally on the floor folding clothes or sweeping and cleaning. She does an outstanding job. Soap City is fortunate to have her. I have been so impressed with the level of customer service she provides that on occasion I have brought her either a breakfast or lunch (Arby's or Wendy's).

“I would give this place a 10 if I could. Went in stressed out under time Restraints. Jersey that works there went out of her way to help me and even put My additional quarters in so it would be dry when I came right back. She was so kind, courteous, and an all-around great person. She even told me to slow down as I was rushing around to get things done and come right back so glad to see such a wonderful person going Above and beyond. I would highly recommend this very clean and greatly staffed location.”
