Just got a massage for myself for Valentines day. Denise was fantastic! I was worried from all the negative reviews, but she was professional, courteous and did wonders for my pain. Thank you!

DO NOT sign up for their membership, they charge you whether you come in or not. They called me in the beginning when my masseuse opened up her schedule for the forthcoming month, then stopped calling. My fault there I should have called them. Then I finally get time and call and they tell me they are booked up two months out, so they charge me for those two months and I get no massages. There certainly has to be a better more consumer friendly way to make money.

Incompetent? This Massage Envy is the worst kind of business. If I could put less than a "one star" I absolutely would. When COVID hit, I had been using their services for about 2-years. I kept the payments running (after a short pause) because a lot of business were struggling. At the time, I actually liked the people I interacted with.A year later, I tried to schedule an appointment and was told there was nothing for the next three months. A year after that I tried again with the same results.Last week, I cancelled the account (walk in and fill out a form); there was no discussion on what was going on or how they could make it right. We were told to use the "credits" or lose them in 90-days.We scheduled two appointments (doesn't come close to using the credits, but I wanted some quality time with my wife) only to be told today that we can't do that ... one was scheduled incorrectly. We can do today and the date selected only.Basically, my hope is that they are completely incompetent (think 40 "credits" times $80.00 each). I'd rather not thing that they are OK with this as "good business."

Unfortunately, there are rarely appointment times available and when we call I’m made to feel as I’m bothering them. Not my favorite place for customer service. Overall the actual massages are good but I’ve rarely gotten the full time I booked.

The therapist that I have had are great—-but this location cannot seem to keep massage therapists employed. Was in there yesterday and nothing available until June. Two regular therapist I seen monthly have left. I am three sessions in that I have paid for from my membership and the manager suggests that I drive to Hilliard or Grandview when I live in Grove City and purchased this membership due to the location being close to where I live. Her other recommendation was to use my three sessions that I paid for for a facial or other services that don’t interest me. Asked to put my membership on hold until they hire more therapists and was told I could but wouldn’t be able to use my three membership sessions that are backlogged due to the Grove City store never having any therapists or openings. Frustrating that I’m a paying customer and the management team has no solutions but what they are scripted to say. What a disappointment.

Membership is a scam. They can and will frequently cancel your appointments, leaving you with banked up services that you cannot book and will not be reimbursed for upon cancellation.

Horrible. I never complain but I'm so disappointed. They never have availability and when you do plan way in advance they cancel cause they can't keep staff. They cancelled 6 times on me. No problem taking your 80.00/month but don't count on any services or compensation for your inconvenience.

Not Enough Staff Some Not Very Friendly. The Best Message Thereapist Left To Another Location That Is Much Further Away. I Had To Switch To Another Location That Is Closer Then That One. I Also Was Able To Get An Appointment With The New Location Quicker.

Called to schedule an appointment. The girl on the phone was super rude and sounded annoyed. Definitely do not do a good job at trying to sell you on coming there! Phones are the first impression for clients. I used to work at a massage place, we were always very friendly on the phone, we asked tons of questions to assure we were booking clients with good therapists for them. Asking about the pressure they like what their goals are with the session etc. Just from the phone call alone I coukd tell I did not want to book here.

2 out of the 3 times Ischeduled have been cancelled the day of the appointment and the only thing they will do is reschedule. I wasn’t happy about this and want out of my contract because it’s difficult to even find appointments. I talked with Beverly and told her that I was going to call corporate and she snobbishl told me that they are a franchise and they will just send me back to her. Wow, what a way to do business. And to top it all off if you cancel in less than 24 hours then they charge yoy. I will never go back to this location.

This place is ridiculous- I joined last fall and have been able to successfully use 2 massage credits. That’s it. 2. The therapists cancel ALL THE TIME. And - to make matters worse I paid to transfer a credit to my daughter who is leaving the country -we scheduled a going away party for her AROUND THIS MASSAGE and the canceled. Without telling us. So I have paid hundreds of dollars for services I can never use because they cannot keep staff or they keep staff that call off all the time. Don’t sign up. Don’t give them any business.

You can never get an appointment, and when you do they cancel it. I have 14 sessions built up from my membership ( you get one a a month with your $80/mo membership). When I have been able to get in, it has always been the Hilliard location (even though I signed up and live in GC). I asked to freeze my membership until I caught up. Apparently there is not a corporate policy regarding the fee for freezing an account. GC charges the higher of the two rates that I was given. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would call me. She did and was absolutely the most ridiculous excuse for a manager I have ever experienced. She would say one thing and then when questioned would say " As I stated " and then would say something different than she just said. When I asked for corporates number she said they would just send me back to her. I asked to speak to someone over her and she said there was no one higher. I asked about the owner and she said that if I kept talking to her that way she would ban me from Massage Envy. I am still shaking my head.
