Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was shipped the wrong item for an online order so my daughter returned the item to the Grove City store, complete with the order number and receipt of payment. They kept the item but refused to give the money back stating that we had to call customer service. After 30 minutes waiting on the phone and attempts to use the chat and text options, no response. So now I have no item and no refund for money paid. The store manager was completely inept and uncaring. They totally took advantage of my daughter’s inexperience and kept and most likely resold an item that I had already paid for. Buyer beware….don’t shop here!!!!!

Just went in for a fall jean haul. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, I wasn’t asked if I needed help, and when trying on jeans, my sister helped me find different sizes while the workers were chatting with each other. I even walked out in socks at one point to grab different sizes.There wasn’t even a “thank you” on the way out. I came prepared to buy 3-4 pair and I left with one and that’s only because I need them for an event tomorrow. The two associates working at 5:30 on 7/25 were gossiping behind the counter the entire time. I’m not even a Karen, I just needed help with jeans, but I won’t be shopping at this location again.

Has a good selection of clothes for adults and children and the people. They are always friendly and kind and they always ask you if you need any help on any clothes. Place is always clean

Last two times in the store I had an employee follow my every move as if I fit the profile of a theif in leggings with no pockets, t shirt, and wristlet.. I'm talking right next to me the entire time. I even testest it by going in the plus size section, shoe, and clearance sections. It's just unnerving to have someone be your shadow when youre trying to relax and shop. It's a shame because I really like the store and I know they are just trying to do their job, it is just that I never had someone follow my every move before. Not a relaxing atmosphere.

Not only do they have great clothes and jeans that fit a 5'2 curvy girl, the staff here is extremely helpful and attentive. They grabbed me a dressing room within five mins of me being in the store, helped retrieve items I needed in other sizes and checked on me to make sure I was still doing okay while trying clothes on. This was my first time shopping at Maurices so not only did I fall in love with so many great clothing items to update my wardrobe, I also know this location will always make me feel welcome and taken care of.
