“I've been to CarePoint East a few times over the many years, both I think for single-stop scanning tests, so they were in and out. Getting here is easy, since it's right off 670. Parking? Well, there's plenty, but the parking aisles are quite tight, so have patients. Checking in was a breeze. Registration is immediately inside the main entrance. Fast and efficient. There's seating inside the front doors, but it's limited - I'm assuming this is to keep people from general congregating, etc. This time round, I was scheduled for Sports Medicine for this years-long hip/groin pains. Dr. Tiso is awesome. Very direct and to the point, he has a calm demeanor, a pleasant attitude, and a firm handshake. I'm super glad OSU has this facility on the east side (keeps me from having to drive up to campus).”

“Handy today. Big parking lot across the street behind it. Got there a little before they open (8am,) but you're able to wait inside the building. Nice bench, drinking fountain to hydrate before blood draw, etc. Got right in when they opened, no one else waiting. Easy check-in, friendly staff, distracted me during the stick, painless and quick. Super easy, definitely will keep this in mind for next time (there's always a next time as you get older.)”

“I had a really good experience getting a PSA blood test on Monday December 4 2023. Checked in at 2:22pm and was out by 2:30pm. Walk-ins are all they do, I was told. The woman who drew my blood (I forget her name, sorry) was very good.”

“Many people the reviews said it took a long time and they waited forever. Maybe I got lucky but I showed up checking in on their digital kiosks (I'm assuming are recent additions?) Then went directly in the room. After getting my info in (I'm traveling through town so they needed to try and find my doctor in the system) I got my blood drawn and out the door in minutes. Friend and kid people. Atleast the one person one engaged with (I forgot her name :/)”
