“Best experience at a lab ever. Daughter has needle anxiety, passes out sometimes. They achieved 1 stick while she had no liquid today were compassionate about her needs. She left happy and confident that she now has her favorite lab.”
“Went inside to pick up an online order. The employee greeted me with a big smile and got my order. There were only two bags but the one bag was VERY heavy. There were several bottles of laundry soap, fabric softener, shampoo, and bodywash in the bag. It was entirely too heavy. There was no call for that. I am disabled and it was hard for me to carry it to my car. I did have it in a cart going out of the store, but putting it in the car and carrying it into my house was very difficult. Shame on whomever packed my order. The employees need to be trained better for online order packing that's for sure. Even the employee had a hard time getting my order off the shelf.”

“This is a fantastic facility the staff is so friendly and made me feel so welcome very quick I would recommend anyone who needs a dot physical or dot drug test to come here i would gladly even have paid out of pocket”
