Staff was great! Needed to get a hitch off my truck to get back to work. They were proficient and courteous and got me on my way quickly at little cost to me. Highly recommend this location for their staff and quality service.

I had my 1st experience today with Midas Auto Repair Grove City and was very impressed with the exceptional service. When I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Within 15 minutes after a test drive an inspection, the technician (Stuart) had diagnosed the issue, and an electronic quote was sent. They took the time to explain the repair in detail and provided clear, upfront pricing. The technician was efficient and skilled, completing the work on my vehicle to a high standard. I was especially grateful for the lack of pressure to purchase additional services. I'm very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Midas Auto Repair for high-quality service and customer care. Thank you, Steve and Stuart!

Steve kirk was a incredible blessing, I had a serious problem with my gmc sierra truck. And without hesitation he helped with the problem and now my truck is good as new. I highly recommend if you want honest and caring people who see your important. Go to Midas in Grove City, Ohio

The service was so fast. We were on a road trip and suddenly the car’s splash guard started dragging and making the worst noise. We picked Midas because it was nearby. I am so happy we picked this place! Fast service, friendly service(Steven K)! And knowledgable! Thank you.

I am honestly shocked at what a terrible experience I had after reading so many good reviews. First off I want to say how much I love my Midas in Lewis center they have awards all over there walls, grove city not any rewards… anyhow I love my Lewis center Midas so much I figured why not try out Midas closer to my new house. My Midas in Lewis center quoted me $319 plus tax for a new control arm and ball joint. I took my Nissan to Grove City Midas and spent over 1,000 for 2 control arms and oil change. Now I’ve been to this location before no complaints besides super slow. dropped my car off at 8 am and was texted at 10:30 saying it is done!!! How is it done so fast oh because they rushed through the job and completely forgot to do a alignment so I pick up my car with my 20 month old daughter start driving and my steering wheel is completely upside down but going straight down the road. I call them before returning and the man on the phone was very smart a** with me when I arrive the same man proceeds to tell me how he has 20+ years of experience and quite frankly I don’t care I just wanted my car fixed they had my car all day and messed up. Period. Then he proceeds to tell me there is no need for a test drive because the machine tells them my car is going straight ??!!! No my car is still pulling to the left. I don’t ever wanna go back there again I talked to my Midas in Lewis center and they are going to fix my car and take it for a real test drive they also are going to relay my complaints to there regional general manager. Now my engine light and traction light is on but thank God for my Midas in Lewis Center they are checking it out Saturday.
** updates they left my tie rod dangling thank God my tire did not fall off with my young child in it. Getting my tire rod replaced now
