Scheduling online is impossible. Asks for insurance plan but does not have an option to enter the plan. no one answers when you call.

Wow. Dr. Cook, Moira and Dr. Hoh are fabulous providers. They are outgoing and really help you with what you need. Penny, Isata, and Shania are really good medical assistants that truly know what they are doing. Angie, at the registration desk is really good at her job and Mitzy (the office manager) is very kind and welcoming. She is very good with handling situations when needed. This office is amazing and I highly recommend.

Called to get my uncle scheduled for a rapid COVID test and the lady Angie that scheduled it, didn't say that he didn't have to get out of the car! So my husband takes my handicapped uncle to mount carmel care today and has to load him into his wheelchair to find that he didn't have to get out of that car!

My child has ADHD, and issues with her bowels. One time, she had painful cramps and stayed home for 3 days, missing school. This issue gone off and on for a few months. Dr. DiCarlo, ordeted tests and all says "normal". He basically stopped and felt he couldn't do more.Inspite of the tests her bowel continues to be painful. When i took my child to see Dr. DiCarlo for her follow-up on ADHD; at tge end of the appt, i asked him what could be done about her pain? This is what he said to me, something in the lines of, "Josie is being manipulative and getting her way (he was tapping his finger on his head as he is saying, "be smart"). You need to stand up against that, something like that, cant remember. Then i realized he's not going to help her, instead telling me what he thinks happens in my home, which he dpesnt, and saying that she is making this up, to stay hpme. Playing games with me. I was upset, he doesn't know what she goes through with this pain, and how I should mother her. I left the office in tears. I'm now looking for another PCP for her.

Horrible hours and the location is on a very busy road, so when you take off time from work to make an appointment you will sit in 15 mins of traffic less than a mile away from the office. When this happened to me the receptionist sitting next to the one I was working with kept whispering "she's late" and shooting me dirty looks, so then my appointment got canceled. I was literally 15 mins late on the dot and they couldn't give me a break. Switching offices immediately.

HORRIBLE WITH SCHEDULING!!!! Don't know what they're doing! I scheduled an appointment for the 14th originally, and they called me to tell me they needed to reschedule because they messed up and the doctor actually wasn't going to be there that day. OK, so I rescheduled for 1:30 today, only to come and wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they had scheduled me at 1pm, NOT 1:30pm, and then acted like it was my fault. What a waste of time!!!!! I was going to be a new patient but now I'm absolutely not. It IS Mount Carmel, so I don't know why I thought they would be any good anyway.
