I had per-admission testing and surgery at this location. Kitha was my nurse both times, and she was absolutely incredible! She was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly, and was one of the kindest nurses I have ever come across. The facility was clean and the other staff members were great as well. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

$300 for an xray. $1700 to tell us the toenail will just eventually fall off. Caveat emptor, I guess. Don't be a sucker like me, go over to Mount Carmel.

Im currently in the car writingthis review. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had at an ER!! Seems like the only thing they’re good for is surgeries according to these reviews. Went in struggling to breathe, chest pains, fever, body aches the whole 9. Once I got to the front of the lobby the security guard came and very rudely told me to walk through the metal detector, checked my bag, then slid my stuff along the counter. Alright then. I went to the receptionist to get checked in and he seemed to be having a bad day, not kind or concerned of my health at all. Once I sat down in the lobby there was a lady on the phone EXTREMELY LOUDLY telling her whole life story for over an hour. There was a couple that came in for her husbands seizures and was waiting for 3 hours prior to my arrival. I waited for 2 hours to get my vitals checked and a chest x-ray, very rude nurses and one told me they were understaffed so I understood the long wait but seriously?? They took me back to the lobby where I began to sit for another 4 hours. I’ve been in this ER for 6 hours and have seen nothing but rude nurses and unprofessional staff. While waiting I watched 5 people walk out of the ER due to long waits and rude staff. Definitely will never be returning or recommending to ANYONE!!!

My husband is there RIGHT NOW in the psych area, I was told I could not visit but he was told I could come back for 2 minutes. After 6 hours he is finally allowed to call me and is so upset thinking I just left him there without seeing him. I called the ER number and she told me I could come in, and apologized for the miscommunication. Only to follow up with another call while I'm in the car to see him to tell me I can't come in now because he's "too upset". Not aggressive, just upset. So now he's in there alone and being punished for being upset about being told he could see me while I was told I couldn't. These psych patients are in such a fragile place, yet these people flex the power they hold over them any chance they get. He's in for a lonely, rough night thanks to you all.

I honestly didn't realize this relatively new hospital existed since I don't live near it. My son had surgery there, and it was surprisingly convenient. Easy parking, easy check-in, no way to get lost, and an added on X-ray was quickly completed. Staff were attentive. Good experience.

I recently had robotic gall bladder surgery at this facility. Every employee was efficient, friendly and compassionate, not only to me but to my children who were waiting.Every detail was covered both quickly and without a hitch.

very poor care quality. Mother transferred here for bout of cellulitis. At one point told us that Aquafor cream was causing condition?? No joke- which they were applying to her legs?? Her condition worsened during LOS. Physical therapist initially recommended 5 days PT on discharge then, despite limited progress, changed it to 2 days. - which disqualifided her from in rehabilitation at inpatient facility per insurance. She was weak and unstable upon release. Came home and fell 2 hours later breaking shoulder. Now at another hospital but near death. Don't go here unless you want to die.

My sister was in the hospital for 3 days. And they were AMAZING. The doctor and Nurse and also the housekeeper is excellent! And the hospital is much more cleaner than the other hospital! Good Job and keep it up! I recommend everyone should go to this hospital.

Honestly one of the best hospital emergency experiences I've had, my gf has a lost of GI and anxiety issues that build on each other sometimes and RN Faith and PA Combs were so nice and extremely helpful, all the girls that helped us were but those are the only two names I can remember and I'm sorry for not mentioning the others! You were all amazing!!
