Store is always clean, bright and well-stocked. Usually able to open a second or third line as needed..
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Store usually has a few adoptable cats available and seems to hold regular events where more cats are available.
They also carry a variety of small birds, small reptiles, guinea pigs, and a variety of small fish.

Cierra in the grooming salon did absolutely amazing! She gave my baby a good experience after having a bad first. My boy came out happy, clean, and smelling so good! HUGE props to her

Horrible horrible horrible place. I wish I can give zero stars. They don't care about nothing but your money. They do NOT! Care about your pet. I had an appointment scheduled with them and I had a death in the family and I missed my appointment and they told me they can no longer take me because of my missed appointment. I asked why was that when I've only missed one appointment in the entire year and their response was. "We are a commission based business" So because of that we no longer can accept your pet. I asked her 'So all you care about is my money?' Like it's only one missed appointment in 7 years. So I called the corporate Office multiple times and never received any callbacks.

New to the aquatic lifestyle. I had been gifted a 10 gallon fish tank that already had some Molly's and glow fish. I had to do a complete water and substrate change due to our pump not working and live plants collecting algae like crazy, needless to say that i sent some of my fish in shock and lost about half of them. I went into petsmart last week to add to our tank, unfortunately 3 out of the 6 didn't make it I called petsmart and talked to cierra hope I spelled that right, explained that I'm new to aquatic life and had my water tested right in the store! I was advised that my Nitrates were a little high and until I could get it under control not to add anymore fish and to come back in to have my water retested. Came in today water tested fine. Savanna did great with assisting my needs and my son picked out some new fish. When it came to checking out there were some kinks but was able to be out in a breeze. Only thing I would suggest is making sure you don't fish shop on Thursdays as that is when the shipment of the fish come in, so there is harsh chemicals in the tanks for the new fish. Also at anytime research the fish you are shopping for.

A lady was trying to use a digital coupon and holding up the line for at least 10mins. They didn't open another checkout lane, or ask the lady to step aside. Finally they did open a lane and we were through even before the lady was done arguing. A slight inconvenience, none the less.

The cashier needs to be more friendly and pay attention to the customer in front of her rather than the people in the back of first customer. No one cares about a pet rat.
