Recently, I got my hair done at the Dye Hard (loft #9) by Jaden! She did an incredible job, and I recommend everyone I know to her and her business partner Olivia! They are both very good stylists and work hard to make their loft an inclusive space for everyone.

Amy Casto is one of the most creative stylists! She stays current on changes in fashion and hair design in order to create the perfect looks for her clients. I always look and feel fabulous after an appointment with her!

Amazing hair cut and wash done by Jessica weldy. She made room for my service dog in training and work s such a wonderful person to talk too. Definitely will become my regular stylist

Bobbi G. did not do a good job. She just cut my hair but did not layer or anything. She didn't even dry or straighten it all the way and left hairs all over my shirt with the back of my shirt wet. Lastly, she charged double for me to get a color cut and style just because I have thick hair. I have never been charged more just because my hair was thick. My friend booked an appointment with Felicia Bobst for my birthday in February when she was still at Salon Lofts on Stringtown road as well. After not doing what my friend or I asked her to do with my hair (I asked for full highlight with ashy toner but I got 5 uneven brassy streaks in my hair instead), she said she would reschedule. Every time our appointment time came, she would cancel 2-10 minutes beforehand. She would give an excuse like she slept in or forgot she had another client. I hired a babysitter and even reminded her we had an appointment a few days before and her excuse was she slept in again. I would not schedule an appointment with her unless you feel like wasting your valuable time and not receiving the services you wanted.

AMBER HARRIS at Salon Lofts in Grove City, Ohio last week on 11/23/22 ruined my hair. I showed Amber a picture of what I wanted done and what I received was horrible service. I paid full cost $155 she rushed the entire time and could tell I wasn't happy by my face expression when I first seen it and she kept saying "I'm not done yet" and it looked just as bad when she was finished. She left several areas in the back of my head without any highlights at all and it looks nothing like what I wanted. I didnt even like how she styled it she curled it and I wanted it straight bc I didnt like it and she of course said she didnt have time to fix it and tried straightening OVER curly hair which DIDNT WORK so she left me looking a mess I had to go home wash and style my OWN hair like I should have never paid her a penny. She said she didnt have time to fix it that day because she had stuff to do and I texted her so many times after this to get it fixed like she told me she would and after we set a new time up she didnt even show up! She wouldnt answer her phone now or reply to any of my messages. She is very rude and unprofessional. She even tried to make me pay more money to get what I wanted done the 1st time. This is horrible service i would not recommend Amber Hairris to anyone!!Service: Hair coloring

Scheduled a same day appointment and had to wait over an hour. My hair was supposed to be styled but Bobbie didn't have a hair dryer. I was charged the full amount even tho I didn't get full service. She doesn't take cards so luckily I had cash.

I went as a walk in, but had to schedule and appointment. Scheduled an appointment with Bobbi that was over 1 hour out. When time for my appointment she was no where to be found. After I sent an email asking if she was going to show up after being over 20 mins late. Get a text from her saying she is at home and I will have to reschedule my appointment for one of the next 2 days. This is very poor for customer service it will be very unlikely if I come back again as they made me miss any possibility of me getting my hair cut at any other location today because of their inability to keep her appointment.

I had the WORST experience and will never go here again. My hair stylist just didn’t show up and when I called her she was still sleeping and told me she wasn’t working today even though I had an appointment scheduled with her. Absolute awful customer service I am so disappointed and will never recommend or ever use this salon again.

Worst experience ever. About a month ago I had a morning appointment with Amber Harris. She called me and didn’t even introduce herself just simply said hey I’m going to be running 10 mins late. Which I was fine with because it allowed me to go grab a cup of Joe @ Starbucks being that the one across from them is temp close. I showed her a picture of the blending blonde look and medium bob haircut I was seeking. She went to get someone else advice on how to go about doing my hair color.,..big red flag! They discussed using 7 & 8 on my hair and what not. Before she started I asked her did she want to cut my hair first to save her product being that my hair was long. She reacted “Oh yeah” then went over and chopped my hair off leaving it looking like a broom. My reaction got her attention because never have I gotten my hair cut like that and she said oh don’t worry I’m not done I’ll fix it. Yet my haircut was not fix nor nothing like I asked or showed her. She told me that to get my hair all blonde as in the picture I’ll have to do it by sessions. After that she put about 10 foils in my hair…majority of them in the front and a couple in the upper back. I paid $180 for 1/2 of my hair to be blonde on top of my tip…$210. When I got home I was told that she didn’t do my back and that I had only gotten portion/just the front done…I hadn’t realized that till then. My hair was orange and blond. So I called her and she proceeded to tell me with an attitude that she could fix it on Sunday but that I’ll have to pay $100 more. Never again will I go to her or advice one to. I feel like the whole by session was a scam for me to come out of pocket each time. $180 for half of my hair to be blonde with toner???Services: Hair coloring

I scheduled online with Amber a week ahead of time. A couple of hours before my appointment which literally said, "I have to cancel today. I'm sorry." I had not contact from her before this so I responded asking who it was and received the response, "Amber at salon lofts." She did not give any sort of explanation or ask to reschedule. I find the entire situation completely unprofessional.
