Supposed to be open 24 hours. Went there tonight 2:30am and it looked open. Even one of the guy’s car was there. Yet it was locked up. Hopefully someone isn’t stealing hours from them.

Sold me a defective nicotine vape with a dead battery that would not charge and refused to swap it out for a working one. I feel scammed and will never buy anything from here again.

Such a disappointing experience! Who do these men think they are? They have egos and totally ignored me. I waited by the lottery counter for 3 minutes and neither one of those me would get off their phones to help me and when the slim guy did step to the lottery counter, he was mean for no reason. Im a professional, i spend $40-$80 in lottery when i enter a store. Definitely never coming back here, who needs Shell any way! Shut them guys down and let someone else by the store for 1.8 million, bunch of greedy, neglectful, rude sops.

They overcharge on tobacco. When you buy a roll there is a bar code on the package. They scan one can and times it by 5. I will not be back!

Staff is usually nice but it’s always so busy and they only have two check outs sometimes checking out can be slow.

Every time I go there they don't want to give you your change back. Like they will give you the cash back But not the coins. They did it to me 5 times now. An this time I had to ask for my coins back because I'm not gonna let them keep stealing from me.
