Never change your service with them because they will just double bill you the following month. All I did was add Pick 15 and Sports they told me my bill would be $150 two months pass I got my new bill and it was $274, called customer service and they gave me the sorry but we couldn't do anything because of the change in-service date. Don't roll last month into this month if you're not going to change billing for a month these changes were made on 1/21/24 got a normal bill in February and then hit with this in March. Everyone needs to stop being so greedy and just provide a service at a fair price.

This is by far the most blood sucking corrupt company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with the service is horrible so I called in to port over to another company I was told I would be able to return my device for the balance that was left on it by the “mobile billing specialist” as they are called went in to turn in my device in person was told to screw off they do not have to honor what I was told by the representative because he was wrong and that’s my problem called back just to be transferred 5 times to get ahold of a supervisor and was told to kick rocks because that employee was misinformed and there was nothing they can do about it so here I am with a locked paper weight that is worth $150 unlocked on a good day still locked and disabled they do not care and said one you pay the balance on the device $588.10 we will unlock it so you can sell it for $150 other than that there is nothing that can be done do not use this company I was lied to then told it’s not there problem -10/10 screw spectrum I hope karma gets you and yours I hope you can live with this knowing how everyone is struggling right now and still doing this this is the worst experience I’ve ever had

Reps @ the store were ok,wait time was hrs long each visit,SPECTRUM as a company SUCKS,hidden charges & now trying to leave them,they doubling billing & charging for upcoming months.its Feb before my due date and you charging me for March & April already. Ummm no I’m trying to be gone from y’all like today.never again

Visited Spectrum on Sunday. Arrived right as they were opening. There was a long line but were in and out fairy quickly. The reason for our visit was to drop off some devices that we no longer needed. Kiana helped us and was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was brought to our attention that our Wi-Fi modem was extremely old. She was able to get us new equipment and was very thorough with explaining the set up. We hooked it up in no time and have very quick internet now!

Had to wait over a hour with groceries in my car due to only two staff members being on shift when I came in to pay my Spectrum bill and one of them was just goofing around hanging out.

Came in a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone and my son's. They were a tremendous help. Cant remember the young man's name but he has glasses and the store was packed, he handled all customers with a smile and my phone took forever to switch over, he was very kind!

These employees do not know what they're doing. Went in to get a promotion that was offered to me on a mobile phone plan, because I'm a internet customer, and they told me I had to add home phone to get the deal. I told them that the offer said nothing about having to add a service. The "fine print" did not say anything except I had to be an internet customer, which I am. The associate even asked her manager and the manager also stated I had to add home phone. Left store and called spectrum customer service and they told me that they don't know why the store told me that. I got the deal without having to add any service and they even lowered the price on my internet plan. I'm sure the store and the employee lost out on commission. I should have known better to expect good service based on the store reviews.
