Staff was very friendly overall . But I wasn’t told the truth about my bill . Was told 3rd line would be free yet was charged for it . After calling to fix the mistake I was given a credit for that month while it was looked over . Never heard back from anyone and still get charged every month. Im ok paying my bills but that’s not the promotion I was promised . Disappointing

How pathetic stop on a Friday barely anyone working and no one speaks when you walk in. It would be nice to know a wait time SMH why would you have no staff on a Friday ?

We were inquiring about different plan options when trying to decide to switch over to t mobile from our current provider and 3 of the 4 employees working were totally clueless in helping us and said we would have to wait for Xavier to come back from lunch to answer us.Fortunately he was able to assist us.Employees at this location def. need more training and some drive.All employees should be equipped to answer these basic questions.Not sure the need for 4 employees, when only 1 is capable of doing the job.

I called on December 15th for the lifeline program because I am DISABLED they said yes come on in and we will get you a plan with a free phone. ASHLEY GARCIA was my mobile expert. She LIED right to my face time after time I asked her 4 times to verify and said 3 days before the bill would be due, call T-Mobile with the lifeline ID number and they would take $30 off the bill. They bait and switched me because T-Mobile does not accept the lifeline program. Metro uses T.mobiles network and told me I would have to buy this phone and go to Metro. Now I'm stuck with a phone bill I can't afford because ASHLEY GARCIA LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY JUST WANT THE SALE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Domineek went above and beyond for my husband and I today. Helped us with all our our concerns and was awesome through our upgrades. We had great conversation and I watched as he gracefully handled a customer who was cursing at him. That takes a great person to handle that type of situation!! Highly recommend this location and ask for Domineek. Also, GC peeps remember kindness and patience goes a long way!!

Shafeek was awesome. Very patient while helping my father upgrade from his iPhone 7plus to an iPhone 14 plus and answered every question my father had. I believe we were in and out within 40 mins with 2 groups ahead of us on a Wednesday evening.

Best customer service by far! Was assisted by Shafeek and Trevor switching from ATT to T-Mobile. Very friendly, knowledgeable and kept up with heavy traffic several times. Just extremely professional.

Xavier went completely out of his way to scrape the lint out of my charging port, and now my phone that I thought was broke is charging like brand new. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, having countless trips to the T-Mobile store. Nearly all of these experiences have been good. This was easily the best!

Waiting in line for 20 min, while in line 2 different people walked in that they helped first while I was standing waiting. Then sales guy had an attitude when I asked to be helped and why everyone but me was getting help first. All I was trying to do was pick up I had placed. Do not recommend this place
