The lady in the office is very polite, so was the guy when I checked out at night time. My complaint was being there for 8 hours and then being expected to drive all night to deliver the next morning. I got there 5 hours early. They didn't give me a door until 1 hour before my appointment time. And even then didn't start loading me until almost 3 hours after my appointment time, which they did load fast. Only took them 20 minutes once they actually started. But it's pointless to come early. Expect to do your 10 hr break here if you do. And which once loaded they want you off the property. At least they allowed me to stay on their property until they had a door for me.

Amazing place to deliver super fast and professional very polite. Second shift are extremely hard workers. I was unloaded before I finished my dinner very impressed by this place would definitely deliver here again.

Well, so far, not off to a great start. Arrived 3 hours ago for a drop and a pick up still waiting in the holding area. It doesn't appear they respect the drivers time here.

I arrived at 0515 on 1/11/25 for a 0630 appt and was actually the first truck to arrive. Upon arrival I was told the load wasn't ready and they were short staff, here it is 1438 and about 15 trucks later my load still isn't ready due to it not being pulled and them only having two so-called pullers. Every single truck that came in after me has been loaded or are in the process of being loaded, trailers are still being place and removed from dock doors by yard jockey with no problem. Just to add icing on the cake upon arrival I noticed they had about three of our company trailers empty on site. I don't like to write bad reviews, but this is just a waste of a drivers time. I took a 10hr break before getting here drove 1hr 48mins to get here just to take another 10hr break, currently been in the sleep now for 8hrs and 27mins. I'll definitely be back with an update, and more than likely will refuse any prior loads from here unless it's preloaded.

Easy to check in fast loading
Also load prior or later than appointment if they r free
Really good experience
One more thing…. Parking available 😅for big rigs

The clerk in the front office was so nice & professional.
My appointment was for 1200. I arrived a little before 1000. I was given a dock immediately. They unloaded me within an hour, and I was on my way!
There is ample room to maneuver your rig easily into the docks.
I hope I get to come back here.
