They make the best shakes and hot fudge Sundays. The clerks are awesome!

Smaller location compared to the N high street location that i was used to. Short staffed on most occasions. Be prepared to wait in line. Lots of candy and drink options. Little cold beer fridge. Wine also available.

Usually like this place but ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl tried to "sprinkle" fudge on top of whip cream....i asked her if she had put any on the ice cream and she told me "thats not how its done".....i told her thats how everyone does it and she said " they are wrong"......the other clerk was making it right for another person.....please lose attitude and learn what a hot fudge sunday is

I came in at 12:45 on August 8th for a quick Gatorade and both cashiers had a problem with me shopping here 15 minutes before they closed. If you have a problem with your store hours, find a new job. Not my problem. I wasn't long at all. I bought one thing. This is the service you get when you put kids to work.

3 bananas for a dollar. Great experience amazing management and excellent customer service, going above and beyond expectations retrieved boxes for my storage unit space where the company I have my storage space with can't purchase small boxes because of the Corona virus

As of today UDF has lost my business. Every time ive gone in for a milkshake or some ice cream the employees become extremely standoffish. As if you're asking them to do something thats not part of their job. The overpriced ice cream is not worth the uncomfortable looks you get from employees for asking them to do their job. Literally had the dude working the register roll his eyes like a spoiled brat when i went to the ice cream counter.

So...one of the employees who drives a green jaguar and thinks he is privileged parks DIRECTLY in front of the store. I do believe that is an area for customers. Who decided he takes priority, especially when he spends most of his time holding up lines with his constant socializing (not with customers, but with his visitors)?? Poor customer service and zero rules for employees!!! I have had TOO many instances where this has been a problem. P.S. Your car is not as great as you think it is!!!!

terrible customer service for night shift!! old white lady w the white hair, her name is Sandy. VERY DISRESPECTFUL as ALWAYS. Each and every time I have ever walked into this location and UNFORTUNATELY have to deal w this unprofessional sad soul, I’ve had the worst experiences! Talks to you as if youve never heard English before, Roll her eyes and is very snappy, gives off lots of negative energy and attitude as if youre bothering her! As well as not even wearing her mask correctly!! I mean wow. I’ve personally had enough of this disrespect and have went elsewhere, id suggest getting rid of this employee or continue to lose faithful customers.

Both employees had their masks around their chins. Didn't even bother going in and took my business elsewhere where they wear masks correctly.

Employees are not telling customers to wear masks. They have a sign on the door that says that customers must wear masks, but are not enforcing it. This business is in Franklin Co which is under a level 3, mandatory mask mandate is in effect. No mask, no service.
