A very nice and friendly branch! Online said I could not get a temporary card and the young lady said it was not true. Issued me a temporary card, I was able to withdraw money for fuel, since I had lost my wallet. And even ordered me my replacement card identical to the one I had lost. And it is just as she stated come into the branch when losing your card you will receive your replacement card faster in 2-3 days rather than 9 when you call the online banking. And you will be issued a new temporary card to use that will automatically delete and stop working once you receive your replacement card.

I don’t want this review to be long, but I must be somewhat thorough to prevent confusion in what my company wants to convey. I have been in business for over 20 years and not all of the performance years was in the United States. When I was younger, I decided to start a business so that I could adjust within my life as well as my family life. So, I started a business not in association with my current business name, but it had the contours of what it is named today. I never knew anything about the banking system but one thing that I did know or learn was that it maintained a positive image of business security. As I grew in understanding what a business was and how it could fulfill my business life, I knew it was a sign of respect and prestige. I had watched many people make deposits and withdraw money from banks and Credit Union’s. Let me advise anyone who is considering starting a business, once you obtain your EIN and register your business within your state look for a financial institution that will service your new company and embrace your financial ideas. From this you will learn to understand building a business relationship with a business banker is KEY! I am not saying pull any banking professional into your business world but find one that understands what you want as a new business leader. Number 1: Be honest in your business outcome. 2: Keep in mind that your personal and business spending must be separated. 3: Organize your business banking accounts so that you can track where your business funds are coming in and where it will be distributed within the banking system to your customers or vendors for services your company need. (I.E.) Money-In account; Money-In-Transit account, Money-Out Account. Anything outside of this setup must be maintained at company level. Talk to your Business Banker about how this can be done which will be three (3) separated banking accounts within that banking system. Spending the money to establish this setup is still your money in that financial institution. My first encounter with these ideas was established within the U.S. Bank system. My “Business Banker” professional is Aminah Albakri. Wow!!! She has changed my “Business Banking” world! She allowed me to guide her with my ideas about what I wanted and where I wanted to be within the Banking System. She also informed me of banking options that will help my business credit and how it can be established to improve my business financial standing.I am still learning and will be working with U.S. Bank for from this point on. Thank you Ms Aminah Albakri for all that you have done for me and my business banking needs!Nicholas W. We visited the bank by using the drive through window lane on June 6, 2023. Our request was to simply deposit a check. The machine which sends the vessel has a screen with which you can interact with the employee. Our employee made quick work out of our request and was able to answer our questions easily. It was a fast process made easy and we were quickly on our way. The only small complaint I have is the layout of the environment around the building. The front entrance on Stringtown Rd from Hoover is VERY tight. You must navigate a 180 degree turn to avoid the outbound lanes of the drive thru. You can however access the building by turning into the next entry way for the strip mall behind the bank. From there just go around the building to the entrance behind the bank. You can also access from Hoover Rd. but the placement of the bank is odd. Otherwise, we have no complaints!

Only used the drive-through ATM because the branch had just closed and employees were just leaving.Important to note that ALL drive-through lanes are ridiculously narrow. They tried to squeeze one too many lanes in the available space.Watch your mirrors & drive slowly through this drive-through. ?

I desperately needed a notary and it was 4:55 when I walked in. A strikingly handsome, nice gentleman named Wesley helped me with smile despite running in right before close. Thanks Wesley. Your boss should give you a raise. You exceeded my customer service standards!!!

The worst drive thru service there is on Saturdays. They ignore you at the drive thru and then you have to walk in just to get your stuff back. Then you have to encounter the unapologetic bank tellers. Never will go to that branch again.

Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone, return phone calls or respond to emails. Have have been trying to refinance for 4 months, and the process is still not over. The person we are working with never responds to our emails, phone calls or text messages, and leaves us in the dark as to what is even going on. They took our money for the process then stopped responding. I have tried to call and speak to mangers, but they do not get back with me either. I was told someone would contact me about these issues but that never happened. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
