Very poor customer service. Representative helped me file a claim for a new phone via the Verizon insurance plan I pay for. Told me that a tech would deliver the new phone to my home the next day before 8pm. Not only did I NOT receive the phone the next day, but it took me 4 hours to get a customer service representative on the phone to explain that it wouldn't arrive for another day, and was being shipped via UPS. So I will still have to take the current phone, and new phone, to the retailer to be activated/ set up/ and info transferred. I canceled an entire day's worth of plans to be available, based on the instructions given to me by the store rep. If I could remember his name, I would absolutely drop it here for reference. Get your facts straight before you give customers instructions - you set yourselves and us up for failure when you don't have your S*** together.

I went in for help and I advised the employee Brandon Lowrey that I was locked out of my account and I would need to log into the WiFi to try to unlock it. I advised him that the internet wouldn’t connect and any other question or concern I had after that was a bunch of I DONT KNOWS. the manager Delray was very rude, kept interrupting me and the associate I was speaking to being very aggressive and nasty towards me. I asked his name he stated his first name and I asked his last name and he rudely stated “it’s none of my business “ I wasn’t aware the associates can’t give out their last name so his response was not needed nor valid. he could’ve simply said no/no thanks/or I’m not required to give you my last name. I asked for his name so I could call and complain about his service and rude attitude. I have the conversation recorded bc I couldn’t believe how RUDE and SNAPPY he was. He literally didn’t offer anything but nasty responses to my questions when I came in for help with a company I’ve given my hard earned money to for years. I will send this complaint as high as possible bc with his customer service skills he needs to be trained again asap as a manager. And this video will be posted over social media so they can know about my experience with this awful manager

Upgraded two phones and added two lines and everything was great as they were gaining commission and money from me, but got home only to find out that the set up on the upgrades were not done correctly and I had to spend more than a day to correct. The lady at the store was rude and pushed me off to the customer service call center. I called to speak to the manager and he was even worse…a complete jerk. Then as I went through all of my account, I found that all kinds of stuff was added to my account (protection plan, family monitoring, and others) to the tune of an additional $90 in services I never asked or wanted. Then the Disney + bundle plan I had was also deleted. This store has piss poor integrity and lack of customer service which is clearly a reflection of their manager whom I had the displeasure of dealing with. Never dealing with this location again and will discourage others from going there. Absolutely the worst customer service and integrity. After reading all the other reviews, clearly this manager needs to be fired as he has no business being in that position.It is worth adding that this store can not be trusted with your personal information, still dealing with issues that this stores employees created and have had to contact the corporate headquarters and I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Waiting 2hrs after prolonged assurance everything would be worked out.All that got worked out was my patience....just a waste of time even after having to visit 2nd location to fix a problem they created and now I have no service although never even once have I been 1 day overdue ?????

Do not trust the store staff. Incorrect information provided that resulted in a waste of time. Very apathetic individuals, could care less. Believe the reviews, the service is awful.

Same old, same old dreadful customer service. My credit card was hacked and I pre-pay auto-pay my 93 year-old aunt's Verizon account. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get my new card entered to pay her bill. I've been trying for months without success.On one review an owner remarked my issue would be escalated. If you ever see that, don't hold your breath. Know that you will be required to pay using one Verizon's kiosk machines which have been down 50% of the time when I try to pay and have to travel to yet another store. Then, you have to pay DOUBLE because it's no longer considered pre-pay auto-pay even if you pay 3 months in advance. Once my aunt no longer uses Verizon I'm going to dump them. All they care about is money and couldn't care less about anything but their almighty dollar.So disgusted and disappointed.

Check your bills! The paperwork this store didn't was different than the bills I received. Extreme lack of communication. Also, I declined the protection plan for my phone. The associate said I had 30 days to add the protection plan if I wanted. He added it without my knowledge. Commission?

Stephen was wonderful! He was so helpful and explained things so an old lady could understand. I was in and out in 25 minutes with a new phone. I did have to come back because the sim card would not work, but Stephen stepped up and without question put in a new sim card. We were able to finish setup right in the store. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

I went into the Verizon store today because my phone was really glitchy (mostly an Apple problem) and I was fully prepared to switch providers if we couldn't resolve the issue. Adam and Kam completely changed my mind. Even though I didn't have the outcome I hoped for, I am going to stay with Verizon because of the customer service Kam and Adam provided. Thank you both for taking the time to help me.

Don't go to Verizon if you live in Grove City. Poor service for your phone and poor customer service. If you go to the Verizon help center on the app, they won't do anything. Best to jump through other hoops to get better service.

Make an appointment . Walk ins are not a good idea.I ordered a new phone online and chose to pick it up in the store. It was about 1pm on a weekday and I was in a hurry for lunch.There were only 2 sales associates and they were both helping customers.There were also about 6 people waiting to be helped that had checked in. So imagine how long they take with each customer, which I appreciate. It takes probably 30 min or so to help each one. So there was no way I could have got my phone.I made an appointment online for the next day and I was able to get it done in 5 min.

My daughter was unknowingly signed up for a new account and phone number at this store. Had no idea until a bill came in the mail a week later. She went back in and they refused to help her cancel it. My husband and I went back in with her and asked for the manager and after being told he was on a call, we find out he is actually standing 10 feet away. He then comes over and tells us he is tired of waisting his time, that my daughter is a liar and how stupid can she actually be to not know she was signing up for new service. He told us to get out of his store or he would call the police and tell them we were trespassing. We have never had such a horrible experience and what made it worse was how it affected our 18 year old daughter and now she will always be wondering if someone is trying to take advantage of a situation when she is trying to make a decision as a young adult. I can’t even explain how upset and frustrated I am with this location and their manager Deray.

Horrible customer service. Went in to get a quote and instead they signed me up for a plan without me even knowing! I went back in a week later after getting a bill and they told me they wouldn’t cancel it and proceeded to tell me I was lying that I had no idea about this plan. The manager wouldn’t give me his name or contact information and even called the police to report I was trespassing? Absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted to do was close out the plan that was made without me even knowing it was made!
