If I could leave a 0 I would! Purchased a fan in April and it did not last 2 months. Brought it back to return. The lady at customer service told me I need to return in the box Because that is the policy!? No where is it posted! She said I don't have a UP. Code I pointed to it on my original receipt that I brought with me! She said the Mfg. wouldn't take it back. I told her they would having worked in retail and distribution for over 30 years! I asked to speak to a manager. So she contacted a person by the name of Brandon, when he came over he spoke in a combative tone toward me!! I told him I had receipt and I wanted to return a broken fan less than 2 months old. He said it wasn't in a box and their policy was no box no return. I asked where it is posted and he said I'm telling you the policy! Sorry consumers want to see where it is posted! He also told me not to yell at him. I was not yelling and told him so. He said he would do it this time (duh)! Next time keep the box. I told him there wouldn't be a next time! I'm sorry if I kept the box to every appliance I would need a warehouse to store! I also asked to speak to manager no where to be found! When I got home I tried calling at least 4 times and the store number just rings and no answer! Walmart I like to support business in my home town but your employees lack of customer service has lost you a customer! That's why I will shop with Amazon where I do not have this problem!!

Don't even bother calling! Doesn't matter what department, except Deli, no one answers; if pressing, "0," for associate, IF someone answers, immediately put on hold whether you say yes or no, then never pick up, or dial, "0," and it rings until close to 3 minutes, then immediately disconnects! What are those employees doing? It's not the first of the month; it's not close to a holiday! Come on Customer Service! Like, REALLY! #Ridiculous

I came here on Black Friday to check out some deals. And I don't believe I've been in a Walmart since last Black Friday as I don't generally shop at Walmart. The store was fairly busy, as to be expected. But the lines weren't very long. They actually had a decent number of registers open. I found the Black Friday deals i was looking for fairly quickly, so I wasn't in the store very long. I checked out at self checkout but the lady standing by greeted me as I left. She was nice and my overall experience wasn't bad at all.

Purchased my glasses at this Wallmart last year. Well they got loose. So I took them in for an adjustment. The lady that helped me was so nice. She fixed them right away and I was off to do my shopping. 3-22-2021 Am time. Great Service!

While out of town & having experienced a flat tired a few hours before, my family and I walked in to the Auto Repair service area of this location needing 4 new tires with less than 10 minutes until closing time. The team didn't bat an eye at the request, and even had the job done in less than 25 minutes. My & family and I very thankful for this great team who had such selfless and efficient service. Would recommend.

I honestly think this is one of my favorite Walmart locations in around Columbus! The parking lot is huge so you never have to worry about parking. It is also by a bunch of other retailers so you can get lots of errands done. There is a grocery section with produce and a home section so you can get your grocery shopping done here for a cheaper price. It is a lot more clean than most Walmarts. The employees always say hi to me when I walk in. The items are organized every time I come so random stuff is not thrown everywhere. Lines are not too long and they have two ends for self checkout.

On October 30, 2020 I placed an order for delivery. It was almost $300. They claim that the order was delivered, but it definitely wasn't delivered to my house. After speaking with customer service, they said I would be refunded my money within 5 days. Well, it's 14 days later, and I still don't have my money. I called on the 10th and was told that they had not even started the return process. I guess I need to contact the media and a lawyer?

This location of Walmart has slowly become my go-to. While it's still 15-20 minutes from home, it's right off the interstate and tends to be less busy than the Walmarts towards the north end of Columbus. I like where it's located and that I can also swing by Ulta, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, etc. This little corner of Stringtown Road is popping! This walmart tends to be more organized and less grungy than others. I've never had to wait too long while trying to check out and I can almost always find what I'm looking for. As with all Walmarts, the prices are cheap af and that's honestly why I come here at all. Overall, this specific Walmart is always my first choice in Columbus and I don't see that changing anytime soon. I feel safe here (unlike Easton Walmart) and I appreciate how easy it is to get in and out of, as well as the other shopping nearby.

Walmart in Grove City has taken the unusual step in closing earlier than competitors Kroger and Mejier in the area. It appears cleaner and more organized. The worst part they still do not address the problem of having a few cashiers versus long line of customers waiting especially towards closing. People are fed up with long wait times to check out. Walmart needs to address this and it hasn't for years. I saw around 30 people waiting to check out and only four cashiers I think. Many customers had more items than they should for the self check out because of how long it takes which held up the self check up for others. When you have multiple customers with carts over stuff or two full carts with items stacks 1-3 feet high you can't expect the cashiers or self check to check it all out in under a few minutes especially if the person decided to pay in cash, check or stamps. Walmart lost a lot respect over the years. They need to fix things.
