Amazing service!!! Bart was friendly and great with communication. He always kept me well informed on what was going on. I called B&T for some advice on some bad work done on my car. Spoke to Bart, he was great! Very respectful, informative and patient. He made me feel heard and understood and gave me some really solid mechanic advice. His time and knowledge is beyond appreciated! His kindness did not go unnoticed. Bart was very pleasant to work with, did solid work, and got the repairs done in one day! I will be returning to his shop for future maintenance needs!Update: I called Bart about doing the rear brakes on my truck. He had an appointment already booked for the morning for another vehicles brake job, but let me know that he could get me in today. He went above and beyond my expectations and even gave my son and I a ride home so we didn’t have to wait at the shop while he worked. Bart got the brakes done fast and even gave me a ride back to the shop when the truck was ready for pick up.Excellent customer service, very fair pricing, high quality and quick work! I’ll definitely be heading back to B&T automotive for any future auto repairs and maintenance! Highly recommended!

My alternator exploded on my way to work. He got me a tow truck, checked up on things several times, gave updates throughout the day, and got it fixed my the end of my shift. Charged what I think is a reasonable price. Even offered to come pick me up. A day later I noticed it was overheating. It had run out of coolant. He made time for me that day, figured that out, refilled the coolant, and sent me on my way with no charge. It’s hard to find a mechanic like this these days. Very old school, bases his business on kindness and integrity. I’ll use him for everything from now on.
