I was a previously a CVS customer for over 20 years, and after so many issues with them...This GE pharmacy switched me over with no problem and has made my life so much easier. Ill never go to a CVS again!

They are so quick. Plus, they give good syringes for liquid medicine. We’ve been so pleased that we didn’t switch back to our old pharmacy when our insurance changed!

I get my prescriptions there monthly and anything my family need in between never had any issues. Staff has always been professional and timely. Some years back I did complain about the app and it's stupid features and got a call back asking me what the issues were, I have not used it since so not sure if those items were ever addressed.

The pharmacy tech is the most rude person I've ever spoken to. This pharmacy is super slow and always has a ridiculously long line. If this store wasn't the ONLY one in the area with my medicine I would NOT using them

I love the staff, the communication system. They are helpful with filling prescriptions. You never have to worry about them not picking up their phones like other major chain pharmacies. I highly recommend giant eagle pharmacy. Keep up the amazing work, you make getting my prescriptions monthly easy and iv never had a issue in my 8 years filling medications with you

Had to call a couple times this morning to figure out some info regarding my rx. Amy was quite condescending and unhelpful saying I had "already talked to someone about this", despite having additional questions I had to call back about. Keep it up, Amy!

Let you all know now do not call these people about which medication are ready. I drive my uncle because he isn't able to drive and help him get around. They told us that his sleep medication is going to be filled today and give them 30 minutes. Once we get there they refused to tell us who lied to us over the phone and one of the pharmacist with a blondish beard and hair wanted to start a argument saying that we were the ones who were confused. I plan on calling their store and contacting their corporate about this because it's not the first time they did this to us.

We were in the drive thru to pick up a prescription when the lazy people inside decide to close the drive thru. There was only 2 cars in the drive thru. There was plenty of people working so there no reason to close the drive thru. This become a habit since the coronavirus hit for them to close the drive thru. It is very rude to have to walk inside when I was there 1 prescription. They lock the door so can not go thru closest door to pharmacy. It be better to work the drive thru than inconvenient everyone

This Giant Eagle pharmacy is inconsistent with Drive thru hours, one day 5 next day 6 website have a different time, they need to do better for the customers convenience and not their convenience... Fix it
