Giant Eagle Supermarket has been serving customers since 1931, offering fresh, high-quality foods at low prices. The store is clean, bright, and well organized, making shopping convenient and pleasant. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially at the self-checkout area, which generally works well. The store provides a wide range of products, including fresh produce, household essentials, deli, and bakery items, with nearly as much selection as other major stores. Many reviewers mention their positive experiences, highlighting excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere. However, some note that prices can be higher than competitors, and at times, limited checkout lanes in the evening can lead to long lines. Overall, Giant Eagle is recommended for its quality, cleanliness, and customer service, making it a popular neighborhood store for regular shoppers.
