Went there to get a hair cut first thing in the morning. On my way in I checked in on line was third person in wait. Get there two people are head of me get done getting there cut. A random lady walks in doesn’t check in and isn’t on the waitlist. My time is up I should be next in line instead the lady that wasn’t signed in and even been checked in was taken back to get a haircut before I was. I left the salon and I won’t be back if this how they treat their guest didn’t even ask if I was ok with it.

After waiting for my haircut, I was told I could not choose my hairdresser even tho there were 3 at the time because it was close to closing time. Mind you, I came in well before that time. Rude and nonchalant about it. Will not be returning and don't recommend it.

Quick and easy for men's haircuts and the app is handy to check in and find out the wait time. One downside, the turnover rate for stylists is pretty high.

The short, curly haired stylist named Harley cut my hair.
She was extremely rude and unprofessional, made inappropriate/racist comments, and talked about weed the entire cut.
the cut itself was very uneven and patchy, I will not be back.

For all the 5 years I have been going to this great clips i've always got a mediocre to terrible haircut but today was the last straw,the atrocity that was formed on my head I could have sworn i had wronged her in another life.
