We went in for a home line of credit, home is fully owned, to pay down credit cards due to wife's major surgery. Was turned down because of high credit card debt. Just doesn't make sense.... looking elsewhere to bank...

This bank is awful!I exposed 2 employees engaged in mortgage fraud and no one cared at the bank.Now they are randomly turning off my credit card without notification for purchases at Amazon and PayPal.Messing with people’s money is their way of doing business!

Very pleased with the service from this bank. Went here 10 minutes before close and the employee stayed late for us to help finish opening an account, and adding my wife to my existing account. Everyone was super friendly, not pushy, and I left feeling good. First time at this branch, too, and it has a very hometown feel! Love it.

Huntington bank needs to shut down!!!! Their employees are incompetent. On December 1st an employee blocked the drive thru woth their personal car and closed early. Corporate shut down inside banking and staff at the groveport branch decided drivethru should be closed to. Cant even schedule appointment to close my account due to noone answering the phone and noone returning phone calls.

The worse place I ever banked, someone stole money from my account while I was in the ER for a car accident got the fruad alert to my phone and everything they said because I frequent those places [which I did but why would I drive across town for gas and spend 50 dollars in gas in my little Hyundai] they never fixed. I continued to bank cause I been with them so long then they hooked my checking to my grandmother's saving, without her authorization she thought someone was committing fruad, and it wasnt pulling money from my account so I thought I had more money then I actually did. They didnt fix their mistakes after serval complaints. When i went to take my money out, the guy couldn't even right a check properly. Sad. The whole bank is a joke and my grandparents have several accounts with them and have been there for years and me as well you would have thought they'd be more careful with money. My grandma loss 900 dollars because of their mistakes.

Tried to make an appointment to pay a car loan. LUKE told me to go thru the drivethru. I told him I was not waiting over an hour again like the previous month. He was RUDE and unprofessional. Taking our business elsewhere.

Called in regards to my account being over drafted , due to their non Huntington atm fees . Explained to the female rep my Account was over drafted due to their fees, And that I was not aware they charged my account on top of the atm fees that are initially charged ( first time having this happen , trying to understand what’s going on to not let it happen again ) . Instead of trying to help , she instantly got irritable with her voice advising me those are their fees . Which I understood, but was requesting as a courtesy for it to be waived because I am now sitting negative . She was more than happy to let me know I can close my account and basically not waive anything . Great job Huntington with training your reps to be more empathetic , helpful or at least understanding with customers who don’t know all of the ins and out of the banking industry . I will be finding another bank by tomorrow.
