I can only say they are better than Giant Eagle. Some staff members need a refresher course in customer service. Why have a drive thru if they tell you the bag won't fit in the air tube. Maybe send them out separately?!

This has been my pharmacy for over 20 years. I've never had any issues. They're always friendly. The pharmacists are always willing to answer any questions. Go above and beyond to help you resolve whatever concerns you have. They are a very busy pharmacy so you will have to wait a little bit. Overall, great experience

Been going here for years. They are friendly and helpful, answering my questions even about non prescription meds.

I unfortunately use this location since it is the Kroger we always go to for groceries. This place always has a queue at least 5 people deep at all times no matter what day or time. And you will sit for at least 30 minutes before it's your turn. Drive thru is the same. I do not understand why this pharmacy takes so long to do everything, all the time....
Strongly suggest using another pharmacy if you have one anywhere near you.

My doctor sends my prescription to groveport pharmacy thru E file in the morning and I get no notifications that they have received it so I have to call them in told my meds won't be ready until 6pm. This is ridiculous and most of the time they don't have enough to fill my script so I have to go back at another time to pick up the rest of my meds. I'm switching pharmacy's and I don't recommend using groveport pharmacy in krogers.

Probably one of the worst ran pharmacies I’ve been to

If you claim on your website that your hours are closed from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm daily then your drive through should not be closed at 12:50 pm. Though I recognize the importance of staff breaks etc. the information you have online is misleading for those who arrive in time to pick up their prescriptions and cannot receive service during the hours you claim to be open.

This is the slowest pharmacy on planet earth. Every time. I wish there was a pharmacy closer to me.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 10 years. Even after moving and another pharmacy being closer, I still chose to drive and use this one. Over the last 6 months, the service has gone severely downhill. To not having prescriptions ready when told, to losing prescriptions only to later find out that they had them but just neglected to check the incoming orders, to experiencing completely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend to anyone.

Absolute worst pharmacy. The people working in the pharmacy are so unprofessional and you will always wait 30 to 60 minutes in line outside or inside for your prescription. How hard is it to bag some medicine. Get some help Kroger!

After almost 24 years of this place being my go to, I’m transferring to Walgreens today. Whatever they’ve got going on within the last year or so has really affected their business AND us a patients in every way. It’s awfully slow, there’s constant mis-communication, a couple unprofessional folks but that’s not 100% company fault. They’ve just become almost completely unreliable. Very unfortunate.

I had years' worth of TERRIBLE experiences with CVS (specifically Rosehill and Main in Reynoldsburg location) (see my review for them!!)
I got so sick and tired of CVS, so I jumped ship and decided to check out Kroger. For some reason, I thought that I was stuck to one pharmacy and that it would he hard and inconvenient to switch.. it isn't. There is literally no downside or wait.
Anyways, I switched to Kroger about 6 or 9 months ago, and it has been nothing but good experiences. Yes, the pharmacy industry is overworked and busy, so you will have waits everywhere, but this Kroger is NOTHING compared to the CVS in mention above. You will have to cut out several hours of your day/month to plan and pick up your prescriptions at CVS (if they even have it ready) they don't answer the phone at all (some days) and they will close their drive through on Sundays. They NEVER had my prescription ready on the 30th day that I would need it. There would always be a problem, and it would cause me so much anxiety because I physically need my medication daily. I would spend hours on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone, or I would have to physically go to CVS on my lunch break and wait in line for 45 min to be able to actually speak to someone at the counter.
Every time I call Kroger, they answer pretty much right away, and they are pleasant to speak with and very helpful. They never make me feel like a bother for calling to order my prescriptions a day early so that they have it ready on the day I need it. Kinzi has helped me several times, and she is very kind and always tries to get me the best prices. I appreciate all you guys do!
