No communication, doesn’t pick parts in time. Doesn’t let you inside the building when you pick up the parts so you just sit outside like a wet dog they don’t want in the house, all the while not even giving their customers a bench too sit on. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any shop or store by far.

The delivery driver, Christopher, was completely rude to me. After I notified him that the paint products went to our paint shop, not the shop he was currently at, he said “don’t you have a forklift?” I tried to get him to drop it at the paint shop again, and he gave me more attitude “I picked it, wrapped it, and delivered it, you can take it on the forklift”, against our request, he dropped it, said a few curse words to me, and drove the truck like a bat out of hell out of here. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and if he doesn’t like his job, maybe he shouldn’t be there.

The wrong part was pulled and when I took it back for a refund was made to stand outside in the heat
They don't allow anyone in the building

The purchase was not ready for pick up when promised. It took 3 calls and 10 days to get the order cancelled after having to get the part elsewhere. Will never do business with them again.

Got finessed by one salesman and never got anything back. Waited 4 months for parts then just today called asking how you managed to order the wrong parts when parts are literally all you do and got hung up on by Ricky

Never heard of this company, but I'm giving a 1-star because one of their drivers was weaving around traffic and nearly ran me off the road, along with a few other cars. I'll be filing a police report of reckless endangerment.

Spoke to Ricky on the phone about a part I'd purchased (it was used, broken, and unuseable by the way)! He was extremely rude (interrupting, wouldn't let me get a word in etc.) and hung up on me but did answer my question (sort of).
