“Let me just get straight to the point. This shop is dope af. It's located in the heart of the Short North, directly off High St, and has been around for freakin' 25 years. My first item from here was given to me as a gift, a shirt that said "Are you high?" on it. Pretty funny if you know that they are located on High St. If you don't, it's still funny. Whenever I wear it out people always make comments about it, it's hilarious. Most recently I purchased an iridescent cropped puffer jacket for about $80 and I'm obsessed with it. I was legit just walking by on a Saturday morning and I saw it... then had to have it!Torso is described as a menswear boutique as they have a big selection of men's underwear and "swimwear" but as a female raver, this place is a jackpot for fun clothes and accessories for those late nights when I'm dancing my butt off. They have quirky glasses, masks, hats, super funky clothing, fun toys and knick knacks, and more. If you're on the hunt for a unique gift for a friend, they could very well have something for you to wrap up. As for me, I'll continue to shop here for fun festival/rave clothes and when people ask me where I got them... Torso baby!!!”

Same selection of merchandise just add Racer Back Tank Tops and thigh highs!??!? ? for women?? I just love shopping there and would buy so much more if there was a tiny women's selection. “I recently messed up an order for my son’s baseball team uniform. The online shop that we bought from wasn’t willing to assist in a one person re-order for us. In a panic (and with their first game a week away) I called in to Starstrukt.Three things stood out to me:1. Deane and her son were some of the nicest business owners I’ve met. Passionate about what they do and engaging to talk to.2. They not only were able to customize a 3 color jersey logo, but they got it done so fast! Deane worked off of a blurry phone pic I sent her and duplicated exactly what was needed for the Jersey. Thank you!3. I ended up buying a custom sweatshirt in the shop at checkout unrelated to the baseball jersey. The one of a kind design and style Starstrukt has is fantastic. “I needed a new suit on short notice and Abdul assured me he could tailor the suit in less than a week. He was very friendly and helpful with picking out the suit and there was a good selection. I picked up the suit today right on time and it was fitted perfectly with the slim modern style I was looking for. I’m very happy with the suit so far and it appears to be good quality - 100% wool Made in Italy, and for a reasonable price. The other selection of sport coats were also beautiful so I’ll definitely be back again!”

“December 11 I miss out on buying a pair of retro Jordan’s for my granddaughter for Christmas so I drove all over town going to shoe stores and happened to go in there. They didn’t have the Jordan’s I was looking for but was able to find a pair she liked. There was an attendant there that acted like she was the one that wanted to be served but fortunately there was another lady there that completely overshadowed the one lady. This lady was pleasant she was informed and she was easy to look at also. Might go back in a pinch.”

Customer service is beyond excellent. I do apologize I forgot to ask the cashier their name, we started discussing the pineapple shirt they were wearing. “Eddie Bauer is a retail chain that has hundreds of locations across the country and sells merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, home linens, and outdoor gear. This location in Groveport, Ohio is their fulfillment and customer service center. This location offers more styles in more sizes than do other locations. Weeks ago, I ordered one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer and one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices were $50 and $55, which I thought was a little high but was willing to pay. Employees at this location mailed me the hoodies in separate packages. A few days later, the packages were delivered to my house. The hoodies are in the correct sizes and are a high quality. Several days ago, I placed another order from Eddie Bauer, this time for sunglasses for $41 and socks for $12. Two days later, the package was delivered to my house. The sunglasses look stylish and fit my face well. The socks are made from a thick fabric and feel comfortable.”
