I saw Niki Wight CNP at this office as a new patient a few days ago. Everyone was very friendly from the moment I checked in. The wait times were very minimal. When Niki came in, she immediately addressed a health concern I’ve been having for several years that no other provider would do anything about. I felt so relieved, and felt like someone was actually listening to me for the first time. As a new patient (and fellow nurse) I appreciate her bedside manner and thoroughness. I highly recommend her!

Beware! Malpractice in process!! 1st time my husband has seen a dr in years (he hates them) and Dr Alegre put in his my chart notes UNTRUE statements that never came out of his mouth! When he returned to ask about such notes he told him they would be removed, to find out he reworded it with the SAMe statement that was untrue!! Check your charts people! These Doctors are adding things to your chart that is false!!

Completely unprofessional & ridiculous. I had a script that needed filled before leaving on vacation for 1 week. I originally had the script filled at another pharmacy, when I called to get script the medication was on back order. I then called my old pharmacy & they had it in stock. I went to mychart & requested the medication be refilled but sent to new pharmacy. (Have screenshots) I went to the new pharmacy to pick up the script they said they couldn’t fill due to a note saying I couldn’t take the medication until April 6. I called the office for TWO days to fix the matter. Finally one the second day (day I was catching a flight to leave) Ashlin, the nurse basically called me a liar about the date I got my meds filled as if I was trying to get more medication I guess. On my oars it’ll show when the med was filled last & I have to wait 30 days to get it refilled. I tried explaining the matter, but instead of her listening she just jumped to conclusions. Then Nikki, the NP finally calls & starts by saying “so what’s going on” very professional. I explained to her what was happening. She states the script was never sent to the new pharmacy but I was physically at the pharmacy the prior day & they had the script but couldn’t fill it due to the note that was on the script not to take until April 6. I also seen it on my mychart. But the note “magically” disappeared. Luckily, under the messages & conversations it shows where prior I asked for a new pharmacy, the script was sent & a message asking me to have the note removed about the date. Now why would I waste their & MY own time calling multiple times for 2 days & writing messages if their was never a note & the pharmacy wasn’t telling me they couldn’t fill it. They both made it seem like I’m just lying. I have 3 small kids, the LAST thing I have time to do it call the dr office multiple times for absolutely no reason. When the medication was finally sent to the new pharmacy and the note was removed they also ran out of the medication like the first pharmacy did. There has been an shortgage. Now had the new pharmacy told me before they were out I wouldn’t have wasted anyone time, but they didn’t, they said the med was in stock but unable to be filled. Ashlin, did call me & leave a voicemail as if she solved the case to tell me the medication was out that’s why it couldn’t be filled, but she also called the first pharmacy & didn’t take the time to even listen to what I was saying. I’ve never ever been treated as if I were a liar & especially by medical professionals and with a matter that can be proven since medication pick ups are documented. I didn’t get the script because by time a new order was in & sent to new pharmacy they were out & I had to get on a plane hours later. I didn’t have a chance to call around to new pharmacies but honestly I wouldn’t have wasted my time doing so with how this was handled. I did message with screenshots to Nikki that I seen in my mychart. I’ll be filing a complaint as well. I am truly offended. No patient should feel this way. I am a healthcare professional, I know it’s not acceptable.

Unimpressed. I saw Dr Allegre and he was arrogant and never listened to me. He was unprofessional and his staff did not understand I was out of network. However I was scheduled multiple times by someone , God knows why, but they kept wanting me back in the office and counted me as a no show because I had the 7 am appointment. He said I was basically annoying and he didn't want me as a patient anymore and wrote me a letter saying so. Well , good riddance. I'm over this company. They sure know how to treat people bad and cause unecessary drama.

Don't fall for the "we want to know more". My husband filled out the form and they called, asked a few questions and said they would look into it but of course, we never heard from them again. The whole Mount Carmel conglomerate is great at overbilling, then treating you like an incredible if you have the nerve to call them on it

I saw Nicole Wight NP for the first time. 2 days ago. She was rude and extremely unprofessional … she wasn’t interested in my well being or why I was needing to see someone. She tested me for Covid and after she said I tested positive then totally brushed me off . And “blamed me “for testing positive. And accused me of being irresponsible and exposing her. I left the office went to cvs for a PCR test and tested negative !!I think she is in the wrong profession and should be re evaluated by HR.She’s FAR from representing the higher standards Mount Carmel medical group strives for …

My whole family's been a patient of Dr. Courtny Barrick. She is not only an amazing dr but just a general caring person. Bc of my age alot of Dr's look at me as if what I'm saying is a lie. And yet she found that I have a few medical issues that explains all of it. My whole family is sad to see her leave the office especially since we followed her up here from lancaster but am also extremely excited for her to start her life as a wife, with her husband making a difference somewhere else in the world. Just know if you ever come in contact with her that she will do everything in her power to help you. Tessa goody!

An office visit that consist of 5 minutes with a doctor, where they listen to your heart should not costs almost $300 with a $40 co-pay under your insurance. They are up charging services to make more profit. Disgusting! We will not be back, asinine how this place has changed in a short period of time. Even our doctor is leaving, could never guess why......

04/02/21Today was my first visit at this office and my last. I will not be going back to this office. I Was looking to establish as a new patient with Dr. Courtney Barrick. I checked in few minutes before and it took about 15-20 minutes for them to call me back and after that I waited until 4:50 for the Doctor. My appointment was at 4pm. I was going in for a physical and lab work but I was not able to because of the delayed. My “Physical” was a joke because she literally did nothing to me. I was out of there by 5pm so my time with her was only 10 minutes. This by far has been the worst Doctors office I have been too. Waste of copayment. I will look for another doctors office tomorrow. I should’ve read the reviews before and believed the patients that say that they take forever..

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tillery’s for a few years now and I absolutely adore him and his nurses aid Chevette. Today I had to see the nurse practitioner and her assistant. I’m going to leave out names to be polite. The assistant was a mess. She went to take my blood pressure, seemingly forgot that she was doing that and went over to the computer until 3-4 minutes go by and she literally asked me, “did it work?”. On top of having her mask down under her chin, wiping her snotty nose on her hand and then coming to take my temperature-which she shoved in my ear 3 times, kept groaning at the computer because it was taking too long, and then openly admitted that she forgot to ask me some questions but “oh well”. To top it off. I have a 6 minute recording of what was actually a 10-12 minute conversation between her and the “nurse practitioner” talking about some online auction site while I sat in the room, with the door propped open, in ear shot of the entire conversation, just to see that the woman she was talking to was the supposed “very busy nurse” I’d be seeing. I never take the time to write reviews, but this visit was over the top, and this office has gone completely down the drain.
