The reason I am giving one star is the black lady at the shipping office I went to shipping office to ask her are they bringing my Papers outside or I have to come get it she doesn’t even talk and shake her hand like I am not even a human to her but the rest of the other company staffs are really helpful and kind

Very awful place to work for I really don’t recommend nobody to work here the manager and supervisors are careless they are very rude and let the leads talk to the employees any way they are very disrespectful show a lot of favoritism I told HR about the wrongful stuff they were doing and they didn’t care they told me to deal with it basically but it’s a lot fraternizing very hostile place was very miserable here if I had to rate I would give it a negative 100 that’s how bad it is. Honestly they really need to do an investigation because there’s a lot of shady stuff that goes on!!

I've been here a lot for ODW. As long as I show up for my appointment on time I don't have problems. Theyre very strict about them, thats the only downside. Ive shown up early and been made to wait for 3 hours before getting unloaded. The forklift drivers are fast, and most of them polite. With how often ive been here, ill bet the drivers posting negative reviews showed up way too early or way too late. The rules are simple. Slide tandems back, chock the tires, take off red brake line, wait for paperwork in cab. Go to the bathroom before being unloaded, the only one were allowed is next to the recieving office around back.

Place is slow. Shipping office staff seems clueless about operations, was suppose to get a load at appointed time and took 5 hours. If you are a truck driver, prepare to wait long.

I guess these ppl think we're suppose to be mind readers. Security (old dude) tells me to pull up AND POINTS NEAR THE GATE so I get back in my truck and pull up to the gate which reads...STOP.... ....He then shakes his head bc he wanted me to pull up where he was standing I thought he was trying to see the back of the trailer......he said "That's a first" I said am I suppose to be Mrs. Cleo? I can't read your mind ...he said it again and I said specify next time ...there aren't ANY SIGNS....besides Stop at the gate. When you want some sense of power being security ?? go sit down somewhere. He tells me the door to go to 162....not to refrain from parking there he didn't tell me anything else. I go into the lot which is small with no signs I park in front of the door bc I'm Unsure where to go bc you can barely move in there....the second senior citizen(Yard jockey) Looks like someone used a whole can of oil on his slicked back hair..comes out yelling and talking to me rough telling me about a federal sign that's so small and at night how are we suppose to see it?..So of course I argued back.... address me as an adult not a child especially if it's my first time coming here and the sign is so small you can barely see it. He said the security told you to park near the trailers....NO SECURITY DIDN'T. IDK IF IT'S SENIOR CITIZENS NIGHT AT THIS PLACE, but they need an attitude adjustment...go to the bingo hall and find yourselves 2 Golden Girls ..need a Blanch or Sophia in you guys lives or something bc someone definitely pooped in their bengay and mothballs .....rude for absolutely no reason.. ..if you hate your job. .yawl old enough to retire go sit at home and mutter stuff to Archie or watch Texas Ranger or something. Dude acted like he was Blart from Mall cop it's not that deep sir..smh old dudes gone wild over here...you guys are too old to be ignorant..there are clear indicators that show when it's someone's first time being somewhere... we all get old but geeez fellas find some joy

Honestly, all the employees seem to be happy. I wasnt in operations so I cant say whether or not it runs smoothly, I just cleaned the warehouse for a couple weeks. The general manager walked up, introduced herself and thanked me fo my hard work. Tyrone and Brandon are amazing. They acknowledge hard workers and appreciate it. They stuck their neck out for me to try to get me hired on however due to some personal issues I had to turn down the offer. Theres other people in leadership positions, I dont know their names, that they were great too. All the employees were trying go get me to apply to get hired on because they like working there. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I totally recommend working here from what I saw over the acouple weeks I was there.

Very fast loading, they load me in about 30 minutes, guards and personnel very kindly
