I usually do not do reviews however in this case I will. On February 15 Pioneer installed 2 garage door on to my home. I receive Scott from a referral from a friend. I paid Scott cash money to complete the Job. I recently had an issue with the door not going down. I called Scott in November to get an appointment to check this out he never responded. I called again in December he finally answered said he would stop by on Tuesday December 21 well he never showed up nor called. So I sent him a txt and never responded to that.
I wish I had never used this company. I do not see how they are getting all 5 star ratings. If I could give all zero I would.
This is bad business. I will get another company to fix the problem.

I have used many different garage door companies. Scott with Pioneer Overhead Garage Door Service goes above and beyond. Hands down the best experience when you need a garage door company.

i contacted Scott this morning regarding a business matter. He got angry when i questioned his prices and experience. Called me a N-WORD REPEATEDLY. I have the call recorded, i would post it if i could. Absolutely unacceptable.

I'm so sad that I have to leave a review like this. I've used Pioneer several times in the past, and this was the one home repair company that I was always 110% satisfied with. They were quick, responsive, and trustworthy. But this year, everything is different. After I called in October, the installer came out immediately to service the door. Said I needed new rollers and he would order them. I wasn't in a big hurry, but wanted to ensure the door was in good working order when the cold arrived. No response, so I called in November to check. He said he was swamped, but would call to let me know when he'd be out. It is now the middle of January and I've heard nothing. I can only assume I've been blown off because it's just too small of a job. What's really sad is that my house is about three blocks from Pioneer. I try to support local businesses, but only so long I'm willing to wait.

We had new springs installed by Pioneer in August 2018. One of the springs broke so I called Pioneer Thursday evening. The spring had a 2 year warranty. Scot arrived early Friday morning and had the spring replaced in less than 15 minutes and at no charge. This is a good company with great service!!

Did a great job, fast and reasonable price. Had garage spring replaced 5 years ago by another company that failed. Scott Recommended replacing my single spring with 2 springs which based on my research made sense. Had him replace garage door opener as well because the quoted price wasn’t worth me doing it myself.

Very Happy Customer! Scott is Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional, and Trustworthy. I had called other companies that gave me quotes all over the place. Pioneer is a very fair and affordable company with great customer service.
When I called Scott, he knew exactly what was going on with our garage door and came out in less than 12 hours to fix it! When he came, he was on time, and upon examining the our door, his diagnosis of the problem was spot on, and then corrected by a torsion conversion. Another added bonus, he backs up his work with 2 year warranty on parts and 1 year warranty on Labor, you won’t find many companies that do this! He’s been in business for 30 years and knows his stuff! I have his card above the garage door opener and if I need garage help again, I won’t be calling anyone else!

I would highly recommend pioneer garage door service to anyone needing repairs. I initially called another garage door service who showed up and quoted me a price of almost $1200 dollars only to drop it down to $750 when I told him that there was no way I’d pay that. I wasn’t paying $750 either. While the young man was still at my home I called Scott from pioneer and he asked what size my door was and if I knew what was wrong with my door. I told him the spring had broken. He told me over the phone that with parts and labor it would only be $350.00. The guy from the other garage door service tried to tell me that it was a lot of work to replace the spring and that he had the parts to fix it right then. He profusely attempted to talk me out of having another estimate done. Nevertheless I sent him on his way and Scott showed up about an hour later and took care of the issue in less than 30 minutes and for a very fair price. Thanks Scott for being honest and dependable!
