We are currently renting a space at the S. Hamilton Rd location. There seems to be an issue with communication. The office will constantly leave messages to call back but never returns calls. Broken glass was in the hallway in front of our space for a week before it was cleaned up and now we have broken glass in our unit that someone swept into it. This location ran a lot better a few years back. But like everything else, things change

Absolutely NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. And there will NEVER be carts available for you to use. I requested a first floor unit climate controlled and that’s what I paid for, but was given a 2nd floor HUMID, HOT, & DANK unit. Now I’m lugging heavy boxes up a rickety elevator one by one in a storage unit that is hotter than the outside temperature at any given time. This is not a one time experience, it is the same experience every single time I’ve visited my unit in the past 6 months or so.

I like public storage. It's better than uhaul storage. Clean and reasonable prices. Nice customer service support.

Well I didn't have a good experience because I payed for the the hole month and two days after I payed for the unit I went got a U-haul for that day I pull up to the storage and they told me I couldn't get in because they were black topping but they was only black topping the one side so I had time to unload the truck but they told me I had to wait until the next day. Do you know much a inconvenience because I had to turn around and pay for another day with the U-haul and they had the nerve to tell me I can go pay for another storage at another location and there nothing they could do so no I definitely didn't have a good experience.they don't even deserve the star cause they close at 9 pm

This company is nothing but a scam they will literally cut your locks while you still have time to pay and they increase the rent every 6 to 9 months do not use this company

Would not recommend. Prices skyrocket every three months. When moving out they tried to charge me for another month because they "forgot" to move me out in their system. Not a customer friendly place at all.

It was a great experience working with Elizabeth.I was not sure of what size I needed.Elizabeth helped me with that and asked me what I had and recommended the proper size. Took me around the facility showed me. Various empty Units was very accommodatingExtremely happy with my choice.

If I could rate negative I would! Infested with cockroaches and no one will do a single thing about it! Was told by the on site person "someone else already complained. Theres nothing I can do" and when I contacted a main source I was told they take this seriously..its been over a month and now the entire place is crawling with them! Live ones and smashed ones, not dead from an exterminator, dead from being stepped on. My entire life is in that unit and now I will have to throw it all away. My bill has gone up $70 in barely a year, with no explanation and now I am paying for ruined items. Do not store at the South Hamilton one! I have video proof of this, and will be taking this higher up.
