A week before Christmas and suppose to be driving a few states away to family. We hear a rattling on the rear tire of a 2021 F150 we ordered with a tow package added. A 70+ k truck. Upon removing the Ford emblem the screw and washer that screws into the axel falls to the ground. Being after hours we Google the issue. Looks like it is common in the trucks with the added tow package. It also states not to drive the vehicle as this is dangerous. Called Ricart the next morning as ask to speak to a manager. Neither of the two were available and I was asked to leave a detailed message which I did with the girl who answered the phone. (She was very nice) well yes you guessed it, No one called back. So much for service !

Showed up an hour and a half before "quick lane" closed and was turned away because they had too much going on. Ricart is a joke.

My wife took her car here for a fuel to air system malfunction after a month of promises and borrowing a car to drive Ricart has yet to contact us after many promises we have yet to hear from them, we have an extra vehicle but not for long and Ricart will not tell us anything about our car that has been hijacked by them we already paid for extra items but recalled items are apparently ignored. Next step is my lawyer this is ridiculous!!!

Do not use Ricart Service if you want to know the cost before paying. Basically, received a cost for service and then when paying the cost was $230.00 more. Not sure why this occurred, but they should have stood behind their published cost. Next time I will use Graham Ford!Update: Two weeks with no response. Fred would be ashamed!

Must of had the "A" squad working today. The gentleman that checked me in did great. It doesn't matter how many times I give them my phone number, they still only call my wife's phone. Went to pickup the car and they brought it into the bay for me and it had been washed, normally they state they are too busy so this was a nice surprise. The cost was within expectations so no surprises there. They showed different tire numbers this time (my little check to see if they actually pay attention since not all of the tires are the same age). Three days later the oil change notice went off in the car, they always forget to reset that so it's a slight pain in the rear but I've done it myself after each visit anyway. If the "A" squad is working, you definitely get better service!

***Update***With Ricart saying that they could not look at the car until mid-August, we took our car to another dealership Krieger Ford... We were informed that the tech at Ricart who originally put in the new motor the 3rdfor this car a 2016 in January forgot to put in a bolt that is causing our problem... Management at Krieger has attempted to contact Ricart on our behalf and Ricart is ignoring them as well... Ricart and Ford not standing behind their product as always...

I brought my car here for an airbag recall and to fix the emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from their Used Car Factory never had a problem. The Ford Service department was the only time I had problems, but they definitely took care of me and owned up to their mistakes. While it was a frustrating few days, it definitely could have been a lot worse and they definitely worked to make things easier. That was very much appreciated.

Called about an appointment for oil change was told i did not need one .so drove over from grove city got there waited outside behind first car in line at quick lane three cars came after me .finally some one came out had the two cars behind me go in the other service door the came to me and said she didn't see me and said i had a hour or so wait.so i left and came back the next morning.drove in the service bay went to desk said i was there for for oil change and was asked if i had an appointment then was told i would have. 2and a half hour wait.i told her to forget it I'd do it myself in my opinion that quick lane is a. I went in today at 2:02 pm to get an oil change and new tires for a fleet vehicle. Typically, fleet does take a little extra time due to the approval process, however I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was told multiple times that they were still trying to communicate with fleet and get approval. About 3 hours in I called my fleet and they informed me that they had approved the tire and oil change a while back. Therefore, I am unsure why I had been waiting so long. After 3.5 agonizing hours of waiting for new tires and an oil change I was told they only completed the oil change due to fleet not approving the tire change. I contacted my fleet program and they verified that they did approve for the tires to be changed. When I informed the employee she went back to “double check” and then told me that they did not have the proper tires to complete the job. My entire wait was a complete waste of my time and I felt very unappreciated and uninformed throughout the process. I will not be returning.
