Matt and his team at Rabid Customs are top notch. Absolute professionals that make you feel like part of the family. I got the spray in bedliner on my 2025 F-150 Tremor. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job. The liner was done with pristine detail. Without a doubt, I will be reaching out to them again for more custom improvements to my truck. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to customize their ride.

I wanted to share my recent experience with RABID, specifically with Matt Porrello, who has truly set the bar high for customer care and service. I have rarely encountered such a high level of dedication and commitment in the customer service space.
There were several promises made by the dealer during the purchase of my new vehicle, and unfortunately, the communication and follow-through fell apart. However, Matt stepped in and took ownership of the situation, ensuring that everything was handled with transparency and eagerness to help. It genuinely felt as though he would not rest until I was completely satisfied.
Throughout the process, Matt provided regular updates and made sure that every detail was taken care of. If something wasn't right, he went above and beyond to make it right. The level of delight I experienced was immense, and I felt valued as a customer. Additionally, the work done by the technicians was fantastic. I’m a credit where it’s due type of guy, and felt inclined to singe the praises of Matt & the team at Rabid Customs. Professional, courteous, flexible and most importantly genuine caring. My truck purchase included a ceramic treatment and not only did I receive this, but also had the entire interior detailed and my running boards doctored up.

We are somewhat new to the area (from out of State) and didn't know where to take any of our vintage cars for needed service. A neighbor with a 1966 Pontiac recommended Rabid, so we gave it a shot. Our 1963 Nova had some issues including a leaking fuel line, needed carburetor work and ignition. Blake was super responsive, returned any and all calls and called us just to give us status. Anthony did great work and walked us through everything before the work started. The rest of our 60's and 70's cars will be serviced at Rabid going forward. Thanks again.

I had Rabid do a full exterior and interior detail on my Kia Telluride and tint the windows and windshield. The car looked better than it did the day we bought it. Very happy with the job they did and will have them do more work in the future!
Update: Funny enough we traded the Telluride in the next week (wasn't planned) and bought a new GMC Acadia. First call was to Rabid/Tint Lab to get all the windows tinted including the panoramic sunroof. Had 15% on all the windows and 35% ceramic on the windshield and roof. Turned out great and just makes the car look that much better. Thanks again for the great job!
