I shouldn't even put a star wasn't worth that. 8 months ago bought a 21 Murano and was told AWD. Did not know had to crawl under the vehicle to trust them. Now after the first snow and getting stuck car is not AWD. Was told to come back up just to be low bawled and to be told that we had pretty much overpaid for the vehicle. Then were told our payment would go up $100.00 with pulling our credit to be told 5 minutes later that it was going to be around 900.00 or more. Never done a credit application or spoken to us about anything. Not to mention that we had to bring the car up at different times to get the blower motor fixed. Had to finally contact Nissan. To have them contact them regarding warranty work. The best advice for everyone is to stay away from such liars.

Took both my wife’s car and my car in for service over the same week long period and they could not get the invoice don’t correctly in either instance. They performed a service that wasn’t quoted or requested on my vehicle. The service manager, Brendan was less than helpful and could use a little help with his social skills.

Oil change went good as always but they said they couldn't get the wheel locks off so they didn't rotate or balance my tires. Funny, they didn't have a problem with them when they installed the new tires a few months ago. I got it home in the garage and didn't have any trouble getting the locks off. It took them an hour and 30 minutes to change my oil this time which I didn't understand because as soon as I pulled in they jumped in my vehicle and drove off. After an hour and a half I went to see what the hold up was and they said they couldn't find my keys. I was going to re-up my VIP but not really sure if I should or not now. Do you know if another Ford dealership will honor the warranty on the tires I bought at Ricart?

I had the best experience! Jay was so nice and helpful. It was so windy and cold and Jay brought each car up to me to choose. Drew worked the numbers the best he could. I will definitely recommend Ricarts

Informed about my repair and suggested repairs, no pressure to get the work done immediately! Evan is very laid back and I felt that he wasn’t trying to push anything! My wife thought he was a good person as well!

Great service, just very expensive compared to other automotive service centers. I really appreciate Ricart though as they give me peace of mind with their inspection each time I get my oil changed. I have bought two vehicles there and they have done a good job each time supporting me and the purchase. They even fully replaced a leaky windshield after I bought my latest vehicle there.

From the time we arrived we were treated by the most helpful salesman. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and directed us to the vehicles that best fit our requirements. We picked out a truck that was more than what I required and paid less than what I expected. A price and payment plan was setup that fit our budget with no issues. A week after we made our purchase I was informed of a factory defect that was under recall, a date was scheduled and repairs were made in a timely manner. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate our experience. Everyone made our time there as pleasant as possible. Thank you

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service and expertise. I bought my truck at Ricart in April and it has 16,000 miles on it. There was a vibration in the truck at higher speeds so I wanted it checked out. The first call they said it was caused by the bed cover. The problem was it vibrated even without the cover on. I asked them to check the wheel balance. They called me back and said the tires couldn’t be balanced because they were defective. I was told they were no longer under warranty so I would have to pay $800 for new tires. Why would a warranty even apply if the tires were defective? When I picked the car up I had track down the rental agent to return the keys to the rental. Overall very poor performance. Won’t be coming back

We have been visiting Ricart Ford on and off for many years, 25 or 30 years to be exact. It was hit or miss for a while, but we have had two positive interactions with the sales people, service, etc. within the last year or so.We can honestly say that we will definitely do business with Ricart in the future. Jacob, Drew, and Scott in finance were terrific to work with. Alysia and Tyler in service were great as well.Absolutely no complaints from us at all.Here’s a photo of our latest truck purchased from Ricart.

I purchased a vehicle from them in August they were so nice to me trying to distract me, so I couldn't find all the details that the car had on it. I felt kind of pushed to make a quick purchase so they could make a quick sale. They promised me to address the issues with it after I bought it. It has been two months now, and things are still not resolved with not end in sight. I need them to take it back and give me my full refund because I am done with games, delays, and waiting. They are wasting my time and money, and I am over it.

I bought my car there in April and recently it developed a vibration while driving at higher speeds. When I took it back, they told me the the cover on the truck bed was making noise, and there was no vibration. I told them to rebalance the wheels because I knew that was the problem. When they got into it, they called and said the tires were defective and couldn't be balanced. Then they charged me $800 for new tires, saying the existing ones were not under warranty. if tires are defective, why is the warranty even applicable? Long story short I had to tell them what to do and then they charged me for some thing I shouldn't have to pay for don't come here no matter what.
