Where do I start. I purchased a New Kia Telluride in Nov 2023. Within the first 5 months. I had 2 recalls. The window trim of all 4 windows start falling off. No worries that's life. Nothings perfect. But when this first started one window trim came off, Ricart ordered a replacement. It took 2 months to receive. While I was waiting 2 more came off. They ordered 2 more. Now the 4th one has fall off. So now I am waiting on 3 window trim parts. The crazy thing is that Ricart informed me when the first one fell off that KIA is aware of the issue. I'm sure this issue was occurring prior to me purchasing this vehicle. Now it's 10 months of ownership of the vehicle. I have 3 parts on order (no eta). One recall still to be done. And now I received a notification on my 8000 mile service coming up. I was told not to buy a telluride and definitely not from RICART. That's on me. I just left the dealership today after speaking with the Service Manager Cindy Price. What a piece of work. Worthless. Ricart is getting robbed if they are paying her anything over a $1. She thinks she's a counselor. Asked me to calm down. I told her, she's not paying a dime on this car. I normally don't act this way, so I did calm down, so she could assist me. LOL. As expected she did nothing to help with issue. She just reordered the same parts as if they hadn't been ordered previously and as if I had not already been waiting for months. Or maybe they weren't ordered at all previously. Still with no ETA because she says KIA Corporation will not give Ricart one. Lol. Hey I owe you money but I don't owe when I'm going to pay you. You sound like an idiot. Only thing she did was give me the number to KIA Corporation. Way to pass the buck. Welcome to New America 2024, don't hire qualified people just any warm body will due.

The car we purchased from here was due for routine oil change. Scheduled service through the app. Drove the half hour to get there in the middle of my day off and was told I would need to leave the car for 4 hours to complete service. While scheduling the service, we stated the car could not be left. How is 4 hours for an oil change acceptable? Will now be searching for alternative options to complete service. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer experience. We will NOT be choosing Ricart in the future and will be sure to let all of our family, friends, & colleagues know, Ricart customer service is poor.

When car shopping I expect the sales associates to educate me regarding a vehicles features and equipment. I'm an extremely uncomplicated car shopper. I usually come in well prepared including mentioning features I desire to have and features I can do without. I expect to be told accurate information! Especially when I asked not once but at least 20 times if said vehicle has ALL of the EXACT same safety features as the vehicle I'm turning in. I even called out the required features by specific name. I was told yes many times. As a consumer I can't possibly know all of the features on all of the new vehicles between each model and trim level. I expect the sales associates to know this information and to provide me with accurate answers. Furthermore the staff presented me with two extremely compelling choices: a Kona Limited and a Sportage PHEV. They knew I loved both options so much that I was about to just flip a coin to decide between the two as the monthly payment was identical. They had every opportunity in the world to inform me that the Kona DOES have the features I wanted but the Sportage does NOT. My choice would have been made on ACCURATE details. Instead because I was given INACCURATE information I went with the Sportage. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't have what I was told it would. Heartbroken and livid.

I just want to say Heather is amazing I'll only deal with her from now on. She's sweet very helpful and answers questions without an attitude she needs a raise. The manger Paul was rude twice that I talked to him and cussed at me both times that's why I put a 4 but Heather is a 10 out of 10

Found out my car had detrimental damage to it that would have costed a fortune, but Drew and his associates at Ricart Kia helped me find an option that was reasonably within my budget and got me into a safe, new vehicle in the same day. Thanks again to Andrew and his team for helping us find my new vehicle and RJ and his team at the Ricart Used Vehicle lot for helping us get our search started.
