Straightline was amazing to work with! They communicated every step of the way from the time they got my vehicle to the time to pick it up. My Jeep looks just like when I bought it and drives great. I highly recommend Staightline! The owner is amazing and I appreciate everything they have done for me!

I just had my car repaired here through an insurance claim and it was a great experience! Staff is very pleasant and they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and it looks great! Highly recommend.

Husband had a pretty good scratch that appeared on both passenger doors. They was able to get it buffed out and looking good! Price was so reasonable we didn't even go through our insurance. We were so impressed we took my car in that had some scratches on it, owner Mike got those buffed out except one that was too deep, but suggested we get some touch up paint from car maker to touch it up. Went to pay and he said no, I tried to get him take something for it, but he still refused. Anyway Thank you, and any future auto body work we may need we will be going here.

Front office staff was really awesome. The repair was 7out of 10. Just had a bumper cover replaced and painted and it looks fine but some of the edges don't look finished. I think they might have rushed the prep.Based on a few experiences with Straightline I would take my car there again.

My 2017 Camry Looking like new again ! I was in my first ever accident and had no idea what I needed to do. This shop not only helped with the repairs but getting me into a rental while they fixed my car, and then took care of it all with insurance too. regarding both repairs and the rental I needed to be able to work. . Couldn’t have been easier and I appreciate All the help making this first accident easy peasy.The office checked in often and always answered my call when I had a question and I picked it up when promised . Guys not only did my car get fixed the outside and the inside looks cleaner than it has in some years. Thanks !

Had my car taken here after it was in an accident as they work with my insurance company (Progressive). Staff is very friendly professional, reliable, and helpful. My insurance company dragged their feet, but Straightline did not. Any time I called they gave answers and kept their word. For example, if they said they would call back by X day/time, they did.

We use Straightline Autobody anytime needed. They are so good at what they do. The estimator is honest and thorough. Always great work.

. I recently retrieved my car from Straightline Auto Body after they had my car for repair. My 2014 Chevy Cruze was hit by a 2015 Doge Ram pick up while I was in Chicago. Mike and his staff took very good care of me and my car looks AMAZING. They even went as far to detail my car. Let me just say, my car had been hit by another guy in a parking lot and I had my car at another shop that actually put the wrong bumper back on my car and even went as far as to drill holes in the bumper to connect it to the car with bolts instead of buying the clips/fastener/snaps (whatever you want to call it) to repair it correctly. Mike brought this to my attention and even went the extra mile to get the CORRECT GM bumper for my car. He dealt directly with my insurance company and honestly, the only job I had was to wait. Wish I could show you the picture here. FANTASTIC SERVICE and FANTASTIC WORK!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THEM FOR WORK IN THE FUTURE !! My suggestion... ABSOLUTELY NO BETTER PLACE TO DO HONEST WORK FOR YOU!!! THANKS MIKE!!!!

Was forced her by Progressive. We needed to replace Driver and Passenger door. Dropped the car on a Monday, doors came in on Thursday. I figured need to prep and paint as the shop confirmed with my wife when she called, they said following Monday. I figured no problem 1 week find out it will now be the following Monday as they don't work on weekends, 15 days to replace 2 doors that take roughly 2 hours each to replace minus paint. Keep asking about our rental which is all out of pocket which leads me to think payoff with Progressive to upsell, screw Straightline and Flo from Progressive both suck. I would go negative but forces you to give them a star they don't deserve.

Had a scratch on the roof of my brand new car. Called insurance company and they recommended Straightline. It was over a month before I could get my car in for an estimate. They are super busy. BUT, it's worth the wait. After the wonderful gentleman looked at it, he told me to wait a few minutes. He took my car and a few minutes later brought it back. No scratch. No charge. HONESTY! When a company has this kind of honesty I can't help but give them 10/10, 5 STARS, 2 THUMBS UP!
