If I could give ZERO stars I would. They get ONE because they are fixing my vehicle but there has been ZERO communication between me and my service provider. I dropped my vehicle off 7 days ago and there has been radio silence since. I was without a vehicle this entire time and was not offered a loaner and I could not get insurance to cover a rental so I am just inconvenienced for who knows how long because there is NO ETA on parts. When they will arrive or when my car will be ready for pick up. When I finally spoke to my service provider it was very nonchalant and had no evidence of training in how to render GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. No accommodations, no explanations just very matter of fact sorry we didn't reach out with updates on your vehicle and how we were going to move forward. I am grateful that NISSAN approved repairs, but I hate that I am being so seriously inconvenienced! They need to do a MUCH better job when repairs are going to take longer than 2 days. There NEEDS TO BE a loaner ready for longer repair times, STANDARD!!!! I guess I should have come here to read reviews before taking my car in. But we are HERE now and I hope to NEVER have to travel this mountain again.

My 2012 Scion got totaled in April of 2022, then three months later, my Facebook Marketplace purchased 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback got totaled. Two for two, ha - ughhh! I like subcompact cars, and this category is basically phasing out across the US; almost every subcompact model was discontinued between 2018-2020. I liked my 2012 hatchback Nissan, but, surprise!, that one's been discontinued, too. After several test drives of different makes/models, I decided to take a look at Nissan's sedan Versa. I came across a 2021 via the internet at Ricart. I called and talked with Leesa, told her what time I'd be in to dealership the next day. I basically know what I want in a car, and this model checked all the boxes: Must have cruise control; bluetooth connectivity; good air flow; and smooth down/up shifting gears in an automatic. I was very happy to see the car ready and waiting when I arrived as planned. Leesa was young and a good personality to work with. She didn't care where I drove on the test drive (which is a huuuugh plus in my book), so I was able to drive the streets and get on the freeway to test the cruise control. I decided this was the one, and that was that. She didn't try and sell me anything else, just shook my hand said congrats, let me get my manager, and smooth sailing. I will admit I've NEVER been a Ricart fan - I think it stems back to the annoying guitar "We're dealin!" Commercials from the dad, so it is what it is. I was really happy that everyone I dealt with, from the warranty man, to the cashier gal, had great attitudes and caught onto my sarcasm right away and punned back. Overall, my dealings with Ricart were hassle free. I've already taken advantage of my lifetime car washes perk. Leesa (the sales gal I talked with on the phone to ask if they still had the car I'd found via the internet), and let her know I wa

I got a a used car from them and had good miles and everything on it too for a test drive and liked the car and me and my wife went threw with it. I go back 3 days of having the car and it was miss firing and the break pads and rotors was no good and I told them what was going on. I go in the next day after dropping my car off and they said it needed a new Engine in it and then I went to go to the sales team and they wouldn't even take money off besides a 100 bucks and the manger wouldn't even talk to me he was rude and the rest of the people there was rude also will never come back here to buy a car from them very bad customer service and very bad with trying to help.

Using Ritcar to purchase our car has been nothing but a nightmare! You can never talk to anybody at the dealership. They never return phone calls, text messages, and things that are said or not always follow through with. We purchased a car online and I've had a terrible time getting it shipped to us, using someone we paid to ship. Our original sales person was completely helpful and kind. Unfortunately he went on vacation and left us in the hands of the sales manager and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Buyer beware do not purchase a car from here. You may never actually see the car or talk to the people in the dealership again! If I could do lower than one star I completely would. Worst car buying experience I've ever had!!!

Just to let you know I was approved by one of the companies so that has nothing to do with this review. They lie to you they cheat youThey throw your Social Security number and info out there like it was on social media.I did not give them permission to do other thanthey pull me creditthey started giving my social to several companiesthey lied to me about a lot of different things. Also I have a relative who works for corporate office of a bank they pulled up financing for the retail that could loan money for vehiclesRicart went over $4000 per vehicle minimum for used cars.A used car I was going to get was 16,000. The retail value of that car in excellent shape was 11,000retail not wholesaleI would think about it before I went to Ricart I’m having a hard time getting all of those hard inquiries off my recordDO NOT TRUST THEMAlso most cars that are online either had problems or recalledI was told that when I went in RicartBE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could do less than 1 star trust me I would. I was working with a car salesman for a week and then he confirmed my appointment a day before and then again the morning. On the day of my appointment the salesman told me that there are other people interested in the car and I said that we have an appointment time , I am driving from an hour away at least so will be there at that time in the morning and if you don't want me to come just let me know. The guy said no come and again confirmed the time. What happens is that as I had left my house and 25 mins away trying to reach early he texts and say that the car is sold. The car was in the shop and was coming a day before . I think "used car salesman " got a new meaning for me . In marketing I always fought that term but it is hard to do it now. Ricart has been disappointing and would never go to them again.

What car dealership is closed on Saturday ? Are you kidding ? SATURDAY. Need I say more ? This business honestly doesn't deserve the 2 stars I'm giving. But it's better then the rinky dink sketchy car lots that flood columbus. I would go here before any small lot. But they need to get with the times. Open up on Saturday's. You're losing business to Auto Boutique , and it's what this dealership deserves. Do better.

I came in on a whim to hopefully trade in my car. John Thornton just so happened to open the door for me and welcome me in. We sat down and talked about cars I had seen online I was interested in, including a used 2022 Hyundai Kona. He searched out this car to find it was in service for issues & parts that could take a month to get it actually fixed. After John realized I have never seen a Kona in person we jumped in a car and drove all over the lot looking at different models until we stumbled upon another used 2022 Hyundai Kona with less miles and more features. At the end of the day, I can say I am a proud owner of a used 2022 Hyundai Kona that has everything & more I could have wanted thanks to John! John was nothing but great through the entire process from start to finish.

This has been the worst car deal I have ever done. The used car had bad tires and had to argue to get the tires replaced. Finally was told have a 10 o'clock appointment the next morning. The service department had no idea and had no record of putting new tires on the car. Finally got that worked out - now 2 1/2 hours later still waiting for 4 tires to be put on. Service manager gave all kinds of excuses as to why the work takes so long. 4 tires takes over 2 1/2 hours. This has been the worst experience and never never again. Would not recommend Ricart or their service department.

This review is based on my experience with a member of their financing sales team. My interactions with other members of their staff were positive. Very misleading and sneaky sales tactics used during a rushed financing process, which led to the purchase of expensive and unnecessary add-ons. One month after purchase, the car ran into issues, so I left a message to have a conversation about the coverage (or lack there of) I thought I purchased. The call I received back was immediately hostile, defensive and rude. I couldn't get a word in to explain my situation at all. I know I am at fault for opting to put my trust in one of their staff members over reading the terms of the contract carefully on my own.. Please be sure to take the time to review everything - this is a large purchase and you deserve to know what you're paying for!

Sometimes you just go with your gut, listen to that inner voice and you just need to walk away. That is what I did on 10/9/21. I had interest in 2 Hyundai Tucson's. Only the one was pulled as I was told incorrectly that they were both available. I test drove the one Tucson and proceeded with talking finances and having credit pulled. I asked about warranty as was given two different answers, that was unsettling, that was my first clue. After going over what I could afford monthly that's when the hassling began. I was told how easy it would be to budget better, stop spending my money at Starbucks, (I don't even go Starbucks, no do I drink coffee ) My friend who joined me as support and for fun was talked too the entire time, she even said at one point "I'm her friend, I'm not the one buying the car". At one point the sales manager Steve said "well split the difference, looked at my friend and said "pay her $10 a month, then she can make this car note. There was so much unprofessionalism I don't have the time to type it all out but I will say this, they met me at my request, as I was getting up Steve said, "ok Ok we will do (insert amount) I could of said yes, but it all felt very pressured, very shady and extremely disrespectful. I still walked away. I was not and will not give my hard earned money to a dealership who made me feel like I was being scammed, disrespected and rude to my friend. My advice. Stand your ground and if it doesn't settle well within your gut, walk away. It's ok to respectfully say, "I need some time to think about this big decision. I did. And walked away to an entire situation that never felt right.

Mark was very helpful and professional. He got us exactly what we were looking for. Nathan took good care of us signing all the paperwork. The longest part was test driving. Mark and Nathan did their best to have us in and out. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. Thank you!

I'd been looking for a new car for a while. Catrice at the dealership worked with me through pre approval and getting me a good deal for my trade in. They worked hard to get me an affordable monthly payment and the best interest rate as I'm rebuilding my credit after a divorce. All the while I had my 2 youngest kids with me and by the end they were over it. Everyone their was understanding and great about them. They've earned a customer for life.

Got my car appraised for trade. Logan Gray appraised my 2011 Dodge Caravan Cargo. My van was low on mileage and Logan gave me credit for it where others didn't. Thank you very happy with my new Ford Bronco. J-

Sales people were very nice. Their boss was extremely rude. I opted to buy a car elsewhere.
