black lady in the front had a nasty attitude an was very disrespectful, she is very rude and obviously doesn’t know how to tell the difference between 1:45 and 1:15 so therefor she cancelled my appointment. Horrible service and employees will never return..

The people that work here are great and friendly and helpful, but they are unfortunately victims of their employer the USPS. I used to try to get everything through the mail instead of paperless, but in the past few years I have changed as much as possible to paperless (because of how much mail gets lost..never delivered.. delivered to other addresses..etc. Just like everyone else has happen anymore).
But it gets worse. Now they can't even do a simple mail hold correctly if you are out of town. This has happened multiple times to me where I return from a trip and find a random day of mail (from during my trip...I use informed delivery to know what is allegedly coming) hanging out in the mailbox for days on end. And then the rest of the mail comes later.... sometime... ...and not all at once.

The USPS has become a complete joke. I don't receive half the mail I should, important pieces and packages vanish, I get notifications saying "delivery attempted" when I know it's bull, as I can have cameras everywhere. But when I complain about it I get blown off. USPS just needs to be shut down already.

I was attended by Ashley and her customer service was absolutely terrible , I honestly hope I don’t get helped by her anymore. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the gentleman who helped me last week had amazing customer service and was extremely helpful and looked like actually wanted to be there unlike Ashley

The USPS branch on Main Street in Groveport, zip code 43125, consistently delivers outstanding service. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient, making every visit a positive experience.
A special shoutout to our former mail carrier, Chris, who did a fantastic job. Her dedication and exceptional service were greatly appreciated, and we genuinely miss her since moving away from the area. Chris truly went above and beyond, making a significant impact on our daily lives with her reliability and kindness.
Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such high standards. Highly recommended!

Terrible service!!!!Made an appointment for new passports.when i got there, there’s a sign on the second door saying no passports today.sadly it’s not the first time, i thought i would give them another chance.

I do not know what it is with the postal employees of this region. I either get the delivery drivers that do not want to deliver or I’ll get a clerk at a window that gets stuck on one digit and can’t fix things. The postal employees at this location Need to cycle someplace else unless it’s just an Ohio thing I have never encountered such rude, unprofessional, and essentially useless postal clerks.
